Ok this one is very hard for me because the food was very good. Unfortunuately the building smells horrible. Like there is a sewage problem... The staff seems very dry but not rude. Parking lot needs help full of pot holes. But like I said the food is delish!!
We tried Sharks tonight for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, and the food was excellent. They fried everything fresh so it took some time to get our food, but it was well worth the wait. We’re looking forward to going back again soon
Charged me $3 extra, $1.50 per sauce, to put sauce on everything. Then I watched them pour the sauce on in 10 seconds. Never coming back. You have sauce by the gallon and the entire menu is already overpriced and got the nerve to price gouge me to pour some sauce on?
Food is good bud took like 30 minutes and I didn’t get my coleslaw or bread they forget something every time very disappointing food taste good tho

So good...usually go to a different one..tried this one this time .great fish ..shrimp..hush puppies..fries... friendly clean..busy but got our order fast ...food is fresh made not just sitting around
I had the cashier to shake garlic pepper seasoning on my tilapia and fries to see if that taste different but to my taste I didn't taste the garlic. I will try another season next time.
I'm changing my ratings from four stars to two. A few years ago sharks on US 30 was very good. They had catfish steak cuts, slaw and they didn't forget anything. Now, the cooks put too much garlic on the fish and shrimps, they don't have catfish steak cuts, they overcook everything is hard and when you ask about coleslaw they'll say yes but when you get home no coleslaw! They have really gone down. Maybe they need new cooks or better management but for now, they have lost a good customer who lives in the area. My friends and relatives have also experienced the same thing!
had to go through the drive thru because of some building issues…that’s fine. Coulda said that when I called and ordered. So if u call in a order u have to wait in the drive thru behind people that didn’t pre order which means you’re gonna be waiting forever for food u ordered 20 minutes prior. Not an efficient system…honestly, regardless service was trash anyway. We not asking customers if they want sauce or lemon pepper anymore? ??♂️
