really good service, portions are small but they are endless.
Horrible service. Restaurant was nearly empty week late afternoon, absent server, multiple requests for drink refills. They claim bottomless fries and Mac and Cheese, but our table was neglected long enough to feel compelled to leave a bad review based on service.Food is decent, certainly overpriced, but what isn't anymore? The wait made it a miserable experience.The manager came around asking other patrons if they were OK, who were also unhappy.Will not be back.I understand there is a staff shortage, even with that in consideration, I feel the service was unacceptable, and completely ruined what could've been an enjoyable birthday meal for our daughter.
Last night went with a party of 7 for my nephew’s birthday. It wasn’t very busy, but the staff had mentioned only TWO cooks were in the kitchen. I would have NEVER noticed. The waitress & food runners had our food pretty fast. ALL orders were correct & service was great. There were so few staff to sing happy birthday, the kitchen staff even came out for the birthday song. Extremely impressed with the amazing service & minimal staff on the floor last night.

It was a good experience. Food was delicious and timely. Bathroom was clean and staff seem up in spirits. I did have a negative blah, but it wasn't worth mentioning. This was my nephews first time here, he loved his burger. Thank you Team.
The food was very good. The service was mediocre at best. I guess it was the Mgr came by and checked how our food was as she went flying by cleaning tables. Our wait staff of which we had three different people I guess didn’t do anything but bring us to our table and one took our Oder and original drinks and someone else brought our food. That was the last we saw of any of them.
Burgers here are so good! Love the bottomless fries and our server kept our beverages filled. I like how you can easily check out on the device at your table, you don't have to wait for the server to bring the check. Will definitely be coming back to try a different burger.
It's red Robin. More specifically, it's Red Robin after the whole pandemic deal. I've never really cared for their food. So I'm not really going to comment on it too much. It's not great, not the worst ever. But the 3 stars is for taking 45 minutes for a single (one) extra fry order (you know, cause unlimited sides...) and literally having a server from another section come complain to her coworker (standing next to our table) about being overwhelmed. I counted her having 2 tables. I served for years, I get being overwhelmed. I never once complained about it to a coworker while standing next to diners. The restaurant was about 35% full. So I really don't know what was going on there on the evening we ate. Just a poor experience all around. Again. The food has never been great, so I'm giving that a pass in this review. But the lack of any sort of reasonable wait times for food and general lack of even half way common sense by a server dropped my review a bit. Our server was okay. He was personable and did his part. All in all, it's Red Robin, I didn't go in expecting much and honestly got a bit less than what I was hoping for. Cheers.
The food is great and service is friendly. Prices are high but, expected given the idiots running the country right now. The housekeeping measures are horrible though. Many tables left messy and the men's room... ? smells horrible, detritus everywhere, towel dispenser doesn't work.I might go back. At least the bar was clean.
Went for dinner last night. First, the place is dirty. The service was terrible even though they really weren't busy. Ordered a salad. They left things off of the salad. When I said something to the waitress and she commented that they must be training someone and it happens all the time. Since when is that an acceptable excuse for getting your order wrong? No apologies just an excuse.
