We came for an early dinner on a Saturday to celebrate my husbands birthday & were seated right away. Our server was the best! Fast friendly service & the food was delicious! We were happy with our dining experience

Last night I ordered two seafood shrimp trios dinner and the lobster pizza as an appetizer. I’mcompletely disgusted that the shrimp has not been deveined. Ive threw some of the shrimpaway because of this.I’ve spent almost $70.00 on food that is inedible. No more Red Lobster for me!Sincerely one angry customer!
UPDATE: Went a few weeks ago and my favorite, shrimp longuine alfredo was super dry and they were quick to rectify the issue ?. Came back today for my monthly to go of alfredo and they really sauced me up AND gave me regular butterfly shrimp for my reward because I don't like coconut. Really love the customer service at this location ? Yay
The food was absolutely horrible. We ordered 2 appetizers and the $72 couples meal. We didnt even get 2 bites of the appetizers before the meal arrived. The shrimps skewers were overcooked and rubbery, the lobster was dry and rubber, and the steaks were tough and inedible. The rice was dry and bland. We took 1 bite of each and told the waitress we didn't even want a to go box. We expressed our dissatisfaction and paid the $122 bill. We told her we would never be back and she did nothing to try to make things right. We left 90% of our meals left uneaten and will never be back to red lobster. Absolutely horrible.
Put down my name at 3:54 pm on Sunday April 10th for a party of five. After observing numerous large parties leave after their dining experience, kept us waiting than our promised time of 30-40 minutes. Also, seated other larger parties that arrived us. This kept my wife, my children, and I to become very antsy and irritated. What has happened to the proper practice of hospitality?
Food was greasy
Was there to use my birthday gift card. We tried the Date Night for 2 meal. The portions of the shrimp, lobster, steak and 2 sides were perfect . It left room for dessert. I would recommend this meal.
