If I could give 0 stars I definitely would!!! I had the WORST experience here on 6/26/22 around 7:35pm!! Me my finance and little sister came in to grab dinner, we had never been here before so we needed time to think about what we wanted, HOWEVER we were rushed the whole time by the (tall guy with blue hat) and the cashier was no help completely ignored us as we were asking why we were being rushed!! I wanted some toppings but they stated “we’re all out nobody cut any this morning” the worst answer you can give being in customer service!! There was no apologies or accommodations, we were NOT satisfied with the service or our meals!!!
Called before going to check if the beef brisket was available and was told it was. Arrived to find brisket is no longer on the menu. I'm thinking the server was new because she had little to NO knowledge of what she was serving but she was friendly and we ended up creating a new twist on a burrito by adding a dash of soup. Other than being disappointed by the discontinued brisket, it was your typical Qdoba
Very cleaning and wow they have different ingredients items better than chiplote.......because chiplote don't have more ingredients as before but chiplote restaurant are clean too wowie
Extremely rude customer service from the alleged manager, Damon on duty. I simply ordered a small bowl which was made and then proceeded to ask about the chicaken protein bowl. He told me that I had to get it exactly like that and I told him that I wasnt fond of the salsa verde and would like yo sub it for the regular salsa. He then stated that he just said i couldnt substitute the salsa and that I can omit it and pay for the traditional regular salsa. And that it was clearly marked on the sign that I should’ve read. I’ve been asked to proceed to speak with someone who can make the decision to substitute without me having to pay for additional salsa. He literally started yelling stating it was like what he just said and that the information was on the sign. If corporate could somehow see the cameras and this Merriville location on 2/18/22 at aroung 8:15pm cst then they can see his outlandish, ignorant and unprofessional behavior.After requesting for Another manager that I can speak with, Damon continued to badger me while speaking with other customers that were in line. The curly head manager who was there I asked him about six times to disengage in the conversation with me as I was trying to explain to the new manager that I just want it to substitute the salsa. The curly head manager then told me to leave and that he was refusing to serve me and proceeded to call the police and tell them i refused to leave and was trespassing. So i left.
Nightmare!!Impossible meat bowl seemed "smokey" to my wife. A few bites later she shouted and was pawing at her tongue with napkins. I grabbed the bowl to check it out. IT SMELLED LIKE AN ASHTRAY.I almost vomited. Most traumatic, sickening experience. Sorry to the company and ither employees but I suspect disgrunt staff in back and we will never eat here again. Please avoid this location folks.
Worse service ever. I waited in line behind the two couples who were ordering. They must of been short staffed but the worker (female)had a real bad attitude. The lady asked if she could slow down so that she can process making her order. The worker basically kicked the customer out and said " or you can just leave." The employees handled this situation inappropriately. I just left. I always come here but never will return again!
We order here all the time and ice never been disappointed. Such great food and the staff is wonderful.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Worst Service I have ever received! They allowed someone to walk away with my pick up order. I was told that I could not have my order remade or be refunded. We are talking 48$ worth of food. Are you kidding me? To add insult to injury, they called the Police once I demanded my food or refund! Terrible customer service and GHETTO!!!!!!!!
The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the serving size in comparison to Chipotle. It's much smaller here, taste was fantastic!!
Excellent food fixed just the way I like it. Friendly servers and welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back again.
