The food tasted good and the service was great. Only thing I didn't care for was the thicker part of my sandwich wasn't heated through all the way. A little cool spot in the middle. I've only been here once so far, maybe my next experience will be different?
The food was delicious and the service was good. I had the chicken club, so 5 stars for that. But, we dined in and EVERY table was dirty. The floor where we sat down was littered with crumbs, lettuce, etc. The area around the soda dispensary was in need of attention. So 1 star for cleanliness. They weren't that busy and they had plenty of workers. They just weren't paying attention!
Amazing food, great quality. I love The Wreck and the hot peppers. Staff is always nice and they take care of your order quickly.
My one and only favorite sandwich shop! Not sure what happened to the Broccoli Cheddar soup, it won’t let me order it on Doordash!
For the 2nd day in the last week, we have placed an online order to be picked up, card was charged and when going to pick up the order the store was closed at 5pm on a Monday. Whomever is in charge of closing the online ordering system has failed twice and Potbellys owes me $80! Very frustrating!

First time trying Potbelly. Enjoyed the convenience of ordering through Active Menus on the app. Sandwich is good, but messy to eat. Willing to try again sometime.
Very disappointed my oatmeal chocolate chip cookie was more of a crouton with chocolate chips. Usually soft and fresh. Powerhouse Salad was on point though.
Ordered from Active Menus & food was delivered to me fast and warm. I will definitely order from here again.
