I ordered an order for delivery around 7pm and it is currently 10:18pm, and i still have not received my pizza, i got a message that it was out for delivery around 8:30. i paid a lot of money for this pizza, and i could’ve doordashed me some wendy’s and i would’ve gotten it quicker. i was told delivery would take 20-30 mins, NOT 3 hours. i tried to call the store and i was put on hold for 15 minutes and then there was a click sound, and then i was hung up on. i am absolutely disappointed with this experience, and will never order from here again. if there is no answer tonight, and if the pizza is not here by 11 i will be calling and demanding a refund.
Carry out orders shouldn't take over an hour for a simple pzone and breadstick. The employees would rather talk to each other than do their work.
Very very poor service! Highly do NOT recommend this Pizza Hut, ordered my online order at 5:15. It was wrong order when it got delivered took them 2 hours 40 mins for a replacement. Still was nasty and raw I got the order at 9:30 called manager and they don’t answer me anymore. Very very bad service!Was suppose to be a supreme pizza.
Manager just told me they never cut their breadsticks and never put sauce on the pizza then hung up on me because I called in to tell them theirs no sauce on my pizza.Should be shut down immediately. No one in that building deserves a job.

My order was missing some things :( i did not receive my apple pies and also received a wrong dessert (ordered choc chip cookie and received brownie).
Customer service was excellent . My order was ready when my son went to pick it up and it was still hot when he got it home. Absolutely Delicious!
They smashed my pizza trying to put my marinara in the box. They blamed it on the delivery driver, but that is not the case, because the box was sealed. They offered to send a replacement pizza, but They were going to resend out the delivery driver all the way back to my house, but I told them don't worry about it, that was was not fair to the delivery driver. They refused to comp the driver.
Hot food in a timely manner. I waited 2 hours for my order it was messed up and not hot
Have the two separate breadstick orders be separate orders and not a giant loaf of hard crusty bread. Pizza was fine though.
