On Monday night at approximately 10:00 p.m. I called the Papa John's in Merrillville to order some pizzas the lady that took my order said the pizzas were still early enough to order and they would be delivered in 50 to 55 minutes I never got my pizzas and by the time the delivery time came the store was closed I was unable to call anybody I had seven friends over for dinner and none of us was able to eat any pizza because Papa John's never delivered my pizzas I called to complain about it and the manager that answered the phone says I need to speak to the general manager and I have to call back tomorrow during business hours this is not the right way to run a business especially a customer service business of a restaurant selling pizzas I will never order from this restaurant again
Great pizza and they were fast thank you to their employee drew he has great customer service will be eating there again.
This place should be shut down I ordered a pizza for online delivery and I was ripped off. I never felt so disrespected by a chain franchise ever. I ordered a meat lovers with onions and all I got was the onions. $30 completely wasted because the pizza was terrible. Stay far away from this place.
This company had offered delivery for 20+ years. Now they refuse to let people pay with cash. They had someone answer the phone that had no idea what was going on. After asking why I couldn't pay with cash through the app. They took my order over the phone, which was a challenge in itself, then after placing my order proceed to tell me that I can't pay with cash over the phone either.
50% Door Dash and 50% Papa John's. Door Dash delivered to the wrong house across town. Papa John's solution was to pick it back up from someone else's front porch, where it sat for 20min and deliver it to me or wait 5-10 business days for a refund.
They like to steal peoples money and act like they didn’t. Took my money and never gave me my change! Since I paid with cash there was no way to prove that so they won’t give me my money back. The guy received a nice little tip apparently!
The stuffed crust is great! Some other places have raised their prices, but you can still eat affordably here with all the deals online.

I just ordered a pizza 40 minutes ago. When I went in she was on the phone. She didn’t greet me so I assumed she was taking an order. After standing there for over a min (watch the cameras) she finally said “ok I’ll talk you later, bye” she got off the phone took a. Deep breath as if I was a bother. I asked her was she ok (concerned) she said “no I’m good just the phone call” I asked her about me order. She replied that she hadn’t started it because she’s been on the phone. She then told me she could start it now. I told her I’ve waited a little over 40 min already . It’s after 9pm so no other place is open to eat that is an option I’d want. This is ridiculous. I’ve never been to this location and I’ll never be back.
