The line took so long to get served people were actually driving away. This is the 2nd visit I have requested 2 pickles with my whole sandwich and this is the 2nd time I've only gotten one. You'd think when they charge $11 for 1 sandwich and a potato chip they could get it right.
Very poor management staff. Cici is very rude and unkind. Never smiling and a bad attitude to the customers. I did not appreciate her or the experience she gave me. You should never let your personal life spill into the workplace and she clearly can not separate the two. Very unfortunate
Daught had surgery today so I thought I treat her with one of her favorite restaurants. We went through the drive thru and ordered for four people. Three bread bowl pick two with a half sandwich large drink and a dessert, also a turkey sandwich. My order came out to almost $66 and I left a $10 tip. When I got home I seen no bread bowls, one missing cup of soup, and a half sandwich missing. I know it gets busy there, but I did not appreciate that service even after a asked the employee before leaving is that it? Are you sure? Ugh I didn't get to enjoy me meal. I made sure my family did, even though they didn't get their bread bowls for their soup.
i sprained my ankle a couple days ago so i went to panera to make myself feel better. i ordered the pick 2 broccoli cheddar soup and grilled cheese. i drove home and was so excited to eat my grilled cheese but alas, they made my sandwich with not one, but both, of the bread butts. it tasted fine but like panera cmon both bread butts? do better <3
Our entire lunch experience was less than mediocre. From the lady at the counter who was slow and nearly comatose in her interactions with us, to being unable to find a clean table to sit at. We paid $30 to sit at a dirty table in a freezing cold restaurant where we waited 15 minutes just to get our food. Even the garbage cans were outside of their containers where there was nowhere to put our dishes on the completion of our meal. Looking forward to not having to cook and enjoying a meal out, even the food was average at best. Poor experience overall. ?
A very nice ambiance for a casual dine- in. Ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl and it was super delicious! The quinoa with the rice was a nice touch.

Wish I could give 0 stars but it makes you give atleast 1 . I stood by the register waiting for someone to help me and as I sat there, atleast 5 workers walked past and didn't say a thing. It was 10:30 in the morning and super slow. There was 3 workers leaning against the counter with their arms crossed while 1 worker was kind of working. Eventually the manager came up and took my order. I got Mac n cheese and it was literally soup. Very bland and gross. I will never be coming back. I will never understand how these workers still have a Job, if it was up to me they would all be gone.
Loved the squash soup. Would have preferred chips with my pick2, but in the app I could only get the baguette.
Came in at 4 o’clock they were not busy at all. I stood waiting at the register for 10 minutes while the manager just walked back-and-forth without greeting us or saying anyone would be with us. Sorry to bother you people while you’re Working or actually not working. Thank you I will definitely never come back here
