Can't go wrong with this gourmet guilty pleasure! The orange chicken is a classic while the honey & almond shrimp is super underrated.

Quality of food has really gone down hill the last few months. Customer service has always been sketchy at this location & seldom do the workers say thank you. In fact, most of the employees act as if they're doing a favor in serving you. WTH?Since Covid 19 all of their locations still place uncovered forks & knives in with your purchases. The utensils have had everyone's hands all over them & we're suppose to eat with these bacteria laid eating utensils?Corporate should spend the extra money for covered utensils, customer service training for employees & throw out food that's been sitting too long & not up to appropriate temperature. I will never order from any Panda Express again.

It was hot and steamy

Usually a good experience here, but today the drive thru lady was rude and I got much less food in my panda bowl than normal. When I pay $6.40 for some noodles and chicken, I would hope to get more than 10 small pieces of chicken, 7 green beans, and 2 Yellow peppers ?Edit: I got 2 fortunes in my cookie, one that I will overcome difficult times and the other that I will receive a prestigious prize, so, I see that as fair consolation. Upped to 3 ?

I'm wondering why they stopped selling black pepper chicken at all the locations. You can only get it at the mall it you order it ahead of time.

went here at 11:07 on 3/30, was completely ignored by the worker. they just opened so maybe they weren’t ready yet. there was food out, lights & signs were on so they looked open (listed hours are also 11-7). I could see a worker & they saw me. so I walked up and the worker went to the back. I waited and nobody came out. then the worker came out did some other stuff, looked at me & walked to the back again. I called out asking if they were open & had no response. I waited another minute, called out hello & still no response. after waiting for a total of 7 min I left and went to taco bell. I would’ve been fine if when I first walked up and made eye contact with the worker they would’ve told me they weren’t ready for orders yet. Ignoring a customer is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. I expected a lot more from this location

They keep the mustard sauce to themselves. The only way I can stomach the orange chicken is with the spicy mustard sauce and they ALWAYS keep it for themselves and throw me soy sauce instead.I feel like an idiot for coming back to this place!
