Our server LJ was great. No complaints towards him. No complaints towards the host they were also great. Waited 10 mins on a Friday night after 6pm. The alcoholic beverages were also tasty. But the food was gross. Also the portion sizes have went down completely. We started with chicken dumpling soup and literally had no chicken or dumpling in the soup. So we just dipped our breadsticks in. Our server told us that the kitchen was backed up so I asked for another soup if they made a fresh batch because we didn’t get anything in the last serving. He brought another bowl of the same. No chicken or dumpling again. Whatever waiting for my favorite chicken Alfredo. It took a little over an hour for chicken Alfredo because that’s all we got. Three servings of room temp, rubbery chicken, and half a serving of the food. Completely dissatisfied. Won’t be coming back to this location. Hoping the new one in highland is better. But if not I guess Olive Garden’s quality has completely gone away. This is not a first this has happened at this location but we loved Olive Garden before. But sadly won’t be returning which is sad because the service is great there. Also this picture below is my food just mixed up and then realized there was barely anything on the plate so I decided to take a picture. I remember the good ol days of Olive Garden. ? spent $100 on nasty food.
The waitress was new and still very knowledgeable on the menu. Super fast refilling our drinks and so very nice. Restaurant was clean with one broken toilet. They however set up a warning that I wish I took a picture of. People were actually stopping and commenting how it was broken but still looked decorated. I feel the way it was framed with a cone on the actual potty that it had some fun story behind it. More than one person chuckled at it. Only reason for the lack of one star is the Alfredo sauce was really watery but it tasted great and warmed up really well at home. It was the end of the evening on a Saturday night so ya know life happens. However, what I really was impressed with is that they were fully staffed. That shows the manager cares and worked hard to bring in people when other restaurants in the area are still only seating part of the restaurant because they are not staffed. We got in really fast and the night was a win. Thank you Olive Garden for going back to your pre covid serving and food standards. It was nice to have great service and good food after a long day out.
Went to dinner last night the waitress was super nice . I have no complaints about her . I was however upset that the food took forever to come out . We were there for almost 2.5 hours and they were not busy . I asked a few times what’s up with the the food and she said any min a couple times . When the food came out it was a super small portion almost like a lunch special. I was disappointed but at least I had plenty of time to each like 5 salads .
Seems like an order more complicated than soup, salad, and breadsticks gets messed up. If you order to go it’s likely going to be cold even if you are early lol.
We had a fantastic waitress name Nikki, she was as sweet and kind, made sure we had everything. I wanted a desert she said her favorite was the chocolate cheesecake one so I took one to go. I loved my lunch.So I give her a 5 star and I a 3 star cause it was dirty back by we're they get our pop or tea I sit right there and seen it.we was there right at 11:00 when they open. So I know it hadn't been clean.
We dined on 2/15/22 @ 8pm table 52. Jennifer B was our server. She went above and beyond and did it all with a smile. She was very busy and even under the pressure kept her positive attitude and excellent customer service. She’s a true asset at Olive Garden and we will continue to frequent this location thanks to the excellent service and our wonderful experience dining here. Thanks Jennifer!
I actually stopped going here after way too many bad experiences but we decided to try it again after about a year or so of not going.. im so glad we did!! They had a breaded shrimp appetizer i had never heard of before and it was flippin' amazing!! So much shrimp and just tasty!! Our waitress was great, excellent food.
We had the best waitress. She took our order and it came in a timely manor. Didn't have to wait for anything. It was very busy but she made sure as if we were her only table. We will make sure we ask for Addison again. It was an enjoyable lunch.
Very upset bread was open not bagged...seems like they grabbed it off someone table. Bread has hard and dry. Broccoli tossed in alfredo was over cooked and colder than actual food.. Alfredo was good no complaints there. ?
Decent food and servings for the price. Service was very good. They are suffering from employee shortages like everyone else right now so be aware a little patience is necessary. Other than that it was a good dining experience.
