Afternoon coffee and sweet…I could not even understand the person that was taking my order…had to ask twice for coffee and cinnamon roll… then came to pay and young man had NO HELLO OR WHATEVER their encouraged to say… my cinnamon roll was hotter than my medium coffee…I think teaching MANNERS would be an encouraging thing here…I drive this way several times a week… think I’ll go to Crown point McDonald’s before I leave my area… so sad don’t compromise on clarity and above all manners …

HELD THIS UNTIL I CAME HOME….I FREQUENTLY VISIT THIS LOCATION DURING THE DAY TO GET A CARAMEL MACCHIATO BECAUSE I LOVE THE ESPRESSO…I DON’T COME THERE FOR CARAMEL AND MILK ON ICE OR 2,000 CALORIES IN A CUP…THIS ORDER WAS THE FIRST I PLACED PAST 5pmMajor L

Only 1 bad experience (the other lane had a few cars go through while I was waiting on an already bad night). Otherwise, quick and get it right.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich (3.99) and when I got home to open to see the sandwich, it was a mcchicken sandwich ($1 and change) wrapped up. Boy was my husband hungry for the crispy chicken sandwich, which is a bigger sandwich for a big man. I was to unhappy to call them about that mess.

Fast service, but my cheese burger was cold --pie was warm not hot as usual, but it was 10:40 pm.

The people working here are some of the kindest people- they were helpful and treated people the way you wanted to be treated. Ordering was smooth and it was a good place to stop.

Not happy at all, My three large fries that came with my meals had fewer fries than the medium one next to them.

The last mobile orders that were made were not filled. After speaking with the on-duty manager in regards to the order, the missing items were not rectified or satisfied.Please completely check your orders before you leave the property.Mobile App orders are either done correctly or missing most of your orders. I have had to return to the local more than three times this month to correct incorrectly packed mobile orders.

I understand being understaffed and not having people to do the job but when you clearly have stickers on the boxes that say what the order is supposed to be and it is still wrong it is unacceptable this is not the first time I’ve had this problem with this McDonald’s and every time they want me to turn around after I find out my order is wrong and I’m already halfway to Heber they want me to turn around and come back to the store to get the order made properly it is unacceptable

The food was delicious and my fries were fresh and hot. The service was fast.
