It was okay for a McDonald's off major Highway. Could be cleaner. Parking lot was well worn as was exterior. Could use a new coat of paint.. the whole place felt Grey" & prison-ish.Service was good & quick.
They treated us poorly (likely because of our race) they gave us MILK in a hot coffee cup with a lot of ice when we had order a iced caramel macchiato. We now affectionately call it a milkchiato. Poorest service ever. They take your order, take your money, make you park and wait, took 20 mins to serve us 2 coffee drinks (no food) and they couldn’t even get that right. Other cars were getting their orders before us yet they arrived AFTER we did. We were driving to Indy and later that same night returned to another McDonald’s location for food (only place open near hotel) yet only to have the BEST food we had in a while made to order and handed to us at the window. What a difference. I will review the staff in Noblesville for their excellent service despite the long concert line just 20 minutes before close!
70/30 on if you run into freshness when you come. I usually get the quarter pounder meal because of guaranteed freshness but if the sandwich is on the 2/6..... Guaranteed freshness is out the door.Regardless if my food is fresh, fries hot, the customer/ crew interaction is always on point
My nuggets were hot and delicious and the drive thru went fast. Good job!
I ordered two 6 piece nuggets, two small fries and two drinks. I got a 10 piece nugget, 3 McChicken and a fry. They almost forgot my drink order.The nuggets were fresh but the fries and sandwiches were horrible!!
I haven't had FRESH McDonald's in so long. This was a great experience. Food was perfect and customer service was delightful.
The outside has a bit of detritus, the crew is a mix of friendly and careless. Serve times are good. Food quality is good. It's one of the lower priced franchises which is a big selling point for me.
I'm not a big fan of McDonalds, but when I go for McDonalds, I always pick this one. Service is Quick. The fries are always hot. And the chicken sandwiches resemble the perfect ones you see on TV.
This McDonald's tops every one I've ever been a customer of. They have excellent cashier service and the food is 99% correct. The 1% is due to poor wrapping.
I got the daily double with the onions mayo lettuce tomato cheese and pickle and it was probably one of the best ones I've had my fries were hot my sweet tea was just right everyone was friendly.
