Ate half of this was completely raw and they served this to me

They are okay but they didn't give me a straw with my orange juice and I had to pull up and wait for my orange juice.. they didn't give me my hash brown pattie and made me go back around the drive thru to get it when I had already paid for it....but they are still a whole lot better then the one on 5th avenue and the other one on 61st by strack and van til...

I would not recommend. I had a bad experience the first time, but thought to give it a 2nd chance. The line for drive thru was wrapped around the building. Almost 30 minutes before I made to intercom. Waited another 10 minutes and nothing. I seen a few cars leave. I went inside and the restaurant was unorganized and left out of frustration. There is a better McDonald's less than five minutes by expressway I would recommend.. I will not return to this Mcdonalds

Stopped by this location on a Saturday morning with approx 60 ppl/middle schoolers on a field trip! The staff were rockstars getting everyone's orders as quickly as possible and were kind in the process. I think one staff member was supposed to be leaving and had someone waiting on her, but she stayed until everyone was served and taken care of. The drink/ice fountain wasn't working, so that took a little more time for drinks and refills, but I suppose it could still be a covid thing or something. The staff that morning handled everything great!!

My family and I came yesterday @ 3:48pm for food and some drinks but our drinks had mold in them .I called the store literally 45 times in a row in order to get the manager on shift to answer the phone.When she finally answered she was rude and nasty but told me to bring the food back .I brought the slushy back today @ 8:12 am and the manager on shift is beyond unprofessional Ghetto!she wasn’t worried about what I had came in for instead she was sitting there gossiping with another worker who’s off the clock about fighting someone.I asked her for the person name who was running shift yesterday at 3:48pm and she said she don’t know who ran shift .I find that hard to believe but I would not recommend feeding this to a dog !I have health problems and I need to speak to someone who have some type of professionalism!!!!because the manager from yesterday and this morning isn’t it.I’ll be reaching out to my lawyer about this because like I stated before I have health problems and this one drink could’ve took my life !

Stay away from this rude! Rat hole!! Slow! Cold food and rude if you complain.

Absolutely AWFUL service. If i could give it no stars I would! I waited (timed) 10 minutes in the drive-thru, finally got to the microphone and no one spoke. I said hello multiple times, waited an additional 5 minutes then finally drove off. Wasted time! Shame on you for not training your people to at least GREET customers. If you don't care then close! There were many cars also doing the same thing I did.

This is the worst customer service in my life my 65 yr old mom was in the drive thru ordering food for my grandfather and the employee in the drive thru was really rude and disrespectful to her. I have been in customer service for over 20 yrs and I have never treated a guest that way. I don't know who is doing the hiring because they need to re evaluate the hiring process for ALL OF YOUR STORES ..

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. The manager was cursing they gave me the wrong food would not refund my money. The manager stated he was from chicago and would smoke us if we did not get out the drive through. The kids was crying scared. Will never go there again
