Too many employees doing very little. Arguing and yelling at each other. I counter near 20 behind the counter. Floors are slippery. They added some kind of solution when they mopped the floor. My shoes was sliding while I'm standing still. Dangerous floor. Waiting for an accident to happen. They need a new manager to straighten things up. Bad experience.
It's McDonald's.... they were actually quick but they have their menu focused to where they have items removed trying to get you to buy more expensive products, it's already getting expensive for a cheese burger.Parking sucks, you have to walk through traffic to get inside.
This used to be a good McDonalds, but the last few times have been terrible. Today they brought out my food and they were missing half the order. I pointed it out and waited another ten minutes before I had to walk up to the counter to ask a second time when I still did not get the correct food. The workers seem like half of them are always on break and goof off in the seating area like it’s a high school cafeteria. I’ll be sticking to the many other fast food options in the nearby area.
Wife went in to pickup an order for delivery.. a half hour later she comes out upset.. i find out the manager is refusing to let workers on the clock.. there were 7 at a table waiting... the drive-thru is wrapped around the building so the incompetent manager decided to lock the doors... so i went in as the last 3 customers leave the lobby and nobody even looked at me to even ask me what i needed.. i had to literally yell to get anyone to look at me standing 3 feet from them... when my wife went in she was lied to and told 5 minutes.. when i went in a half hour later it was still not started.. this store is dead to me.. you do not exist and every delivery order i get will be "denied" and i will tell lots of people what a joke this store is... but the masses of people tugging on the locked doors or trapped in the drive through line for 30-45 minutes will be the "results" you deserve.. let me just say this again... what.. a... joke.. so in short.. it took me 40-45 minutes to get one order of nuggets a sunday and 2 cookies.. never again..
Service at this restaurant is very slow and the orders aren't usually correct. There are a lot of young people working there and there doesn't seem to be anyone in management taking charge. The atmosphere is more like a high school than a place of employment. Anytime that you have to sit at the window after paying for your food and watching then run around laughing and NOT getting your order is extremely unprofessional. Once they do look up and see you sitting there they come over and ask, "what did you order". It took 10 minutes to receive an order. There were people in line behind me who actually left. You can actually see this daily. Going in to order is even worse. It's nice to see young people working. But, they need to be told that they are there to work and not to party. This is not a place to go if you are in a hurry and it's definitely not a place to go if you want your order correct the first time
I like this McDonald's. It's in a busy area but they always keep up, and the food is consistent. Another thing I noticed about this place, is how beautifully bright and attentive the ladies are. They all seem like the kind of daughter's that have parents that are well pleased with them. When I visit this place, I'm never disappointed.
I must say this is one day that I do not have to wait in a long line at McDonald's just to get a cup of coffee. The young lady that took my order through the drive-through was really nice and pleasant. The young lady that gave me my drink was also nice I will return.
This McDonald's is absolutely awful. Our order was simple and they can't even get it right. Tried to overcharge us, burger condiments were wrong, drinks were wrong, burgers looked like they were run over by a tank...they just don't care. If you want your order to be an complete surprise, go here.
After visiting the location this past evening, I was greatly pleased with the Manager named Damon in his handling of a technical difficulty with a mobile app order. Also, the location will be open 24 hours starting Thursday through Saturday.
This is the worst McDonald's I have ate at. Their fish fillet was actually undercooked and so was the quater pounder. The fries were cold. Please avoid this place for your own sake. Save yourself!
