I’m not surprised with my experience today after reading these reviews. I stopped coming here for a while because they kept messing my order up. Today was my last day visiting this location. Instead of an employee making sure my order is correct, he decided to hold a conversation with someone while I’m talking to him. Then some lady comes to the window and tells me I need to have my window up because I have my baby in the car. 1) that’s not your concern and 2) I’m not giving you health advice and telling you to lose weight because you’re borderline obese and struggling to breathe. Very unprofessional!
I came in for the food and was blessed with having some of the nicest service I’ve had in a long time. I was greeted by two nice ladies, one who was training. They were all smiles and so nice. I watched the other employees who were working in back and drive through. They were laughing and joking around with each other, all while helping each other. You could tell in those moments they were enjoying what they were doing.It looked like the restaurant was a bit understaffed but they weren’t scowling or making the atmosphere feel heavy. They helped me with my request for extra sides (I love the potato salad). Made sure I had everything I needed, answered some random questions I had and a lay minute addition of some extra cookies.The building was clean and the tables were clear and orderly. I love the food and vibe of Mcalisters and have for a while. It’s worth the bit of a drive to get experiences like this.
This is a 1 star review because management (Eric) decided that we should bring our order back to them for a replacement sandwich.This is a burnt sandwich, I am not seeking anything free but he treated me like a mooch and that's unsettling and I'm terribly offended.We honestly enjoy McCallisters but not at the cost of burnt food. Get it together please!
I have gone here multiple times and the quality has gone down drastically. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant yesterday 4/10/22. I have had it before and it was good. This is what the sandwich looked like that I received yesterday. Barely any chicken salad on it and they couldn't even be bothered to spread it out on the croissant. I went back today and talked to a manager and showed him the pic and he couldn't care less. I said does this look like something you should be serving and he said no maam. Worse than the mess of a sandwich they gave me was his attitude about it. It is totally unacceptable. I am highly disappointed.
Used to be really good but today and the last time I was there both half sandwiches had barely one piece of meat. And the potato soup was so watery i thought it was a potato drink! Big disappointment considering I paid $32 for 2 half soup and sandwiches and ultimate nachos. On a positive note the ultimate nachos were very good.
This place is horrible we order 2 sanchwich, my Husband and I came to restuarant yesterday 03/21/2022 at 5pm. Later on that evening we both became sick, and we have food poison, contact the McAlisters and the Manager Zachery said nothing, he was not at all apologize not care at all. I WILL NEVER EAT IN HERE AGAIN. FOOD POISION YESTERDAY 03/22/2022. WE ARE SICK AND THE MCALISTER DELI FOOD did not care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Usually pretty good but this is the second time in a row that they have messed up my order, paid for extra stuff and didn't get it, potato was half over cooked and half under cooked. Mac & cheese was cold, blt had no lettuce or tomato on it just bacon. Meat was still cold on the French dip. And so much more. Not sure if I want to go back to this location, it's gone down hill in the last few months.
Went to the pickup window which was fine but young lady couldn't help with an explanation on how to redeem my gift card through the app. Had to get out of my car and go inside just to use the gift card. Food was good but messy, my wrap was just kind of thrown in the tray, so I had to scoop up my food and stuff it inside to eat it
Wait was horrendous but the gal who took my order remembered my name after nearly 45 min after ordering. That's good customer service! Thank you :)
This location can move rather slow. I once waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged. Now, the kitchen did their job well. The food was great, prices were fair store was clean inside and out. But, 20 minutes is such a middle finger to the customer, I can't ignore it. Since it was my only issue, I'll take only 1 star but, somebody needs to put a screwdriver to their attitude adjuster over there. No smiles, no cares. Just passive-aggressive counter workers.
