Order was shorted 4 pieces of chicken had to go back to claim it by the the rest of the order was cold
People often forget about the quality fresh cooked chicken fish and clam strips at a very reasonable price. Everything is made to order these days everything burning hot and just cooked. $7 for the above mentioned order and I was very satisfied.
Had a great experience when in made my order was in-and-out with less than 5 minutes That's what I call fast food it's close to my business I definitely will return
I shouldn't have waited until I got home to check my order, however I did and because its not what I ordered on my receipt.....I called to let them know and rather than be able to take my food and receipt back now Ito correct their mistake, The MOD said that he just came in and I'll have to wait until tomorrow and ask to speak to the general manager!!!!!! OMG . THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!!! ORDER FROM HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.....I'VE LEARNED MY LESSON AND WONT BE GOING BACK!
If the staff wasn't so lazy the food would be great but if you don't ask for it to be freshly cooked it's greasy slimy fishy just make sure you get it freshly cook and it's worth it
The location in Merrillville on 61st had employees inside the establishment but never Acknowledgement me as I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes. With it only being 815pm I'm pretty that it wasn't past closing hours but either way something should had been communicated to me as the customer instead of just watching me
my wife and I ate at your location in Merrillville, IN tonight and it was the absolute worst experience. you could taste that the oil was old and nasty from the very first bite. fish was literally dripping grease. food tasted horrible. floor through the entire restaurant was greasy and slippery including the bathroom. we both have horrible heartburn after eating just a little bit of this crap. employees (all of them) were dropping the f bomb and being very loud the whole time we were there...never again!
Food was Fresh and Delicious and the Cashier was Accommodating and Very Professional. Outstanding Service.✔
At 1140AM, was told at the drive thru that there would be a 15 minute wait. I was ok with that, considering that there were a couple of cars ahead and thought that at least the food would be fresh...NOT. After a 15 minute wait, everything was cold after a 5 minute trip home. NEVER AGAIN.
I had a coupon for a seafood platter. Kind service at the drive thru, food was hot and tasty, ice tea had plenty of ice, just like I asked for. Will return to LJS on Central in Lake Station.
