For me to do this, it takes effort. To get one star is an accomplishment and I don’t mean that I. A good way.We ordered at 3:15PM for pick up at 5:30. I got there, it wasn’t ready. There were at least 6 people working. Stuck around to 6PM. No pizza. No explanation. No refund. So we were out $20 on our order.I wasn’t the only one waiting. There were at least 4 people in the same situation. One of the ladies ordered her pizza before I did and she was still waiting when I gave up.
Pizza was great and sliced properly. Hot and ready made right in front of me so I know it was done fast.
Save yourself the trip…this is honestly not only the worst Little Caesar’s I’ve ever been too. It’s honestly the worst place I’ve ever been to buy food. Every single time you go there you have to wait over an hour. Whether you order online or not. Hot ‘n’ Ready is a joke. This place hasn’t had a pizza ready for a customer since I went to middle school in 2003. Literally it’s false advertising at this point. I honestly will never go here again and I’m a good customer. I live right by this place and I will be driving straight past it from now on and driving to Valpo or Portage Little Caesar’s. I hope corporate finally closes this place because it’s ruining your reputation honestly. People I know refuse to eat at any Little Caesar’s now because of the service at this location. I wish I could give you zero stars and sue you for false advertising.
If I could give less than one star I would, they messed up my order and didn’t even fix it, instead they had me pay for a new pizza ?
Good pizza, hot and fresh! Best one compared to other little Caesars I have gone to!

Ridiculous. I tried canceling my order since I would ve 30 mins late and wanted my pizza fresh. They can't cancel over the phone to the store and the customer service line didn't pick up after half an hour smh.Edit: Got there 5 min late and the lady I spoke with said she didn't start the order because she thought I called customer service to cancel and I explained they never answered. She had the food prepped and put it in the oven. It was ready in 10 and good and hot. Eating leftovers the next day, I will say it's good.
The pizza was made well and fast. The wings were not great, very little actual meat, a lot of fat. Giving this 4 stars because when comparing it to other Little Caesars in the area, this was the best one.
Horrible i drove from one bad lil ceaser on 25th and Grant to 68th in Merrillville and still had to wait 45 mins for my food this is sad HIRE MORE PEOPLE
Customer service sucks they never have anything hot an ready over all I wouldn’t come back here never again
