Great vibe, great drinks!
Great service and really good food on most dishes, excellent steak fingers, great brisket tacos, great brisket quesadillas, great brisket sandwich (skip BBG plate to expensive for the amount). Best homemade fries in the area. Really good hamburger & fries, just expensive. Tacos are excellent as they handmake shells and have lots of meat in them. Have best chips and salsa, but does not come with food you have to pay extra for them Food & Service are great just slightly on the high side.
The BBQ Wings on Wednesday special are awesome.They have other flavors as well.The fries are 3.00.Long island specials are good.You have to go up to the bar for all purchases.No one never came over,but it wasn't a lot of people there so that could have been the reason, im unsure.The music is great genre is hip hop.Limited seating.There is a smoke area in the back.I don't smoke,but its available.And,I was by the door on the non smoke side and I couldn't smell it,which is great for non smokers ir people with respiratory issues.It has a security guard for safety.A nice laid back environment.Very clean and up to date decor.It has a pool table area.The ladies rest room is nice and roomy.Its one so sometime its a wait.However, once you get in there plenty of soace,good tissue and a nice mirror so worth the wait.I give it 4 stars. #Netcastnews- Ms.Kia #GoogleReview #219Actress
They was very disrespectful the waitress had a real bad attitude she cussed me out because she gave me the wrong change and I went back well I never stepped off from the bar the long island was they use Cole for the drink very ghetto the person that's there the one of the brothers is carrying a light and don't even knowledge the other light I mean this service is really poor there you got people smoking everywhere day pushing you out around and everything like that don't say excuse me the bartenders are really really disrespectful I will not prefer anyone to go there plus it's very small
The hours on the door or online are NOT accurate. They open when they want. At night it's creepy asl. Especially when two guys poke their heads out and say "we'll open if you wanna come in" after I asked were they open. As a female at night it was a HELL NO THANK YOU!
Great place for hanging out! They've even got a billiards table to play on.
The first thing we noticed when we walked up to the front door of this place was that the screen on the door was almost completely ripped off, and just hanging there letting flies and insects inside. The owner was sitting on the front porch, right next to this door, and didn't seemed concerned about it at all. This didn't make a good impression, but it seemed to be the only bar in town so we thought we'd at least go in and order a drink after a long day of driving. Then we found out that the only alcoholic beverage served at this "bar" was beer. We decided to leave and have dinner at a nearby Mexican restaurant, which was neat as a pin and which served wine as well as beer (not to mention good food). The owner of Jo's Bar was nice and friendly, but he needs to put a little effort into maintaining his property. First impressions count!
This is the place to be every Wednesday, the best .50 cent wings, drinks, and dj!!
Nice little spot! Worked an event there last night. Cool and comfortable decor, good chicken wings and smoker friendly!
