Nice staff but the cleanliness of the place is questionable. The coffee pot was dirty with some sort banana cream on it from the moment they sat us. They brought me a coffee mug to drink which was dirty as well. Just saw the gentleman sitting next to me also state their mug was dirty.I hope the kitchen is being cleaned better than their dishware.
The food and the quality has definitely taken a dive. I ate there in the winter and experienced bad food and complained, well today I gave it another chance because I was CRAVING the blueberry pancakes.I ordered the double blueberry pancakes, double means DOUBLE! I could count on one hand how many berries there were, second it had a funny taste to it. IHOP has definitely changed and they lost a good customer. ?
So, ALL of the tables were filthy with dishes all over them (after we were seated, someone did go around cleaning up though). This means they had to seat us right up against the only other group that was in there at the time. Those people asked to move, for which I was thankful cuz it was awkward. Our waitress may have been nice, but I couldn't understand her since she didn't compensate for the mask that was clinging to her face so bad it muffled every word, so she also may have been rude, I have no way of knowing. We didn't get our pop (only one person got coffee) until the food came and we asked for our pop.The chicken tenders were REALLY good. Idk what was in that breading but it was delicious!! The fries were OK, the onion rings were pretty good too. My daughter loved the pancake sundae and my hubby liked his burger.
Service was good , quality of food was good, just amount was small for price. Pieces of ham we so tiny. Like they ran out of ham, 1 inch by 1 inch. That a very small amount for breakfast. Would have liked 1 large piece not 2 small ones.
Service was fast when receiving our food. Waitress was polite and made sure we were satisfied the entire time.
Awful. I entered the restaurant around 11:30AM. They were not that busy and they seemed to have plenty of staff. There wasn't anyone at the front desk. I had to wait a few minutes before I was greeted and seated. After being seated I had to wait about 10 minutes to have my order taken. I ordered a simple cheese omelet, hash browns, and some toast. I then had to wait some more. After about 15 minutes my order arrived at my table. A cheese omelet and three pancakes? I said I ordered hash browns and toast. She went back and got the hash browns and toast and said she got confused. She said I could keep the pancakes. I observed the cheese omelet. It had little black specks on the top of the omelet. No, it was not pepper. Ick. Probably a dirty frying pan, or worse! The toast was not buttered. Instead it had what looked like a small amount of liquid butter sporadically drizzled across the top of the slices. Again, ick! The hash browns were okay but they too had similar black pieces in it. Again, probably a dirty frying pan. I tried the free pancakes. I turned them over and the bottom of the bottom pancake had black specks all over it! Yup, dirty frying pan! How hard is it to scrap the frying pan for a new order? Terrible. I will never return, ever!
Terrible experience here. It’s 12pm and they had no creamer for coffee. It took 45 min to bring food and there is literally 7 tables that are being used so it is not busy. Every time we called and signaled the waiter she’d walk past and not attend. She was constantly on her phone and not attentive. We were missing food, cold coffee, and there was hair in one of our omelets. They gave us discount however tried charging me for sausage links that were included in the meal. It is a terrible service here I do not recommend coming here check out Sophia’s pancake house across the street.
They refused service to me and 8 of my students service after waiting for almost 2 hours! They sat everyone else and ignored us! They kept saying you’re next! When they finally sat us they said they wanted us to have separate checks. I said no and then the waiter walked away and everyone ignored us. They were not only rude, disrespectful but were insensitive to our needs. Don’t ever visit here! You are just supporting a racist group of people with a do nothing manager and employees!
For being understaffed and overworked the staff was amazing. Our waitress had a wonderful attitude, and was just all around a good energy. Food & coffee were delicious!
This place, bathrooms were gross. We ordered 2 plates of sausage with our ham and cheese omelets, had to ask again, when our meal got there and asked for extra silverware because we didn't have enough, never did bring us any. Very dissatisfied.
