DON’T have Lexi as a server! She will ignore you and blame everyone else when you confront her about poor service. This is really strange! I have always had good service at this location. Not sure why she felt the need to work a double and cover every table. If she would have let someone help her, the experience would have been so much better. There were eleven other servers with no tables. I didn’t even get to have supper.
I ordered 10 wings and tater tots with tip 33.03 the order was on time the food ice cold it might as well be raw..Very disappointed.Thank you for responding Hooters asking me to try you again.The response does not excuse the facts that I received poor service at an expense to me and my wallet.In my job I have to get it correct the first time and every time.
The food at this location is consistently declining. Every single time I get chicken from here, it has feathers in it. That’s disgusting, nobody wants to eat that. The floor is broken in one area, my mom tripped on it.
Today was great at the Merrillville hooters all of the employees were super helpful as well as being on point with everything the manager was great he spoke with us like we were life time friends myself and my wife will definitely be back …once again thank you all
Food was once pretty good; service however is not. I live nearby so i sometimes eat in; however the two recent times I've ordered online and picked up, it has not been good. I ordered online and scheduled pick up for 9:15p; it is now 9:28p and I was told I still have at least another 15-20 minutes to wait. That is absolutely ridiculous. The waitress wasn't exactly friendly either. When I asked her why do I have to wait if I scheduled a specific pick up time and she shrugged her shoulders. Are you kidding me?!? Absolute horrible service. Also you can see it is not team oriented; no one knew who's suppose to be doing what. Sad to say, I will most likely have to go to a Hooters that's further away from home.Waited about 50 minutes and not only did I not get 10 wings but the chicken was old. See picture. Never again.
I usually come here and always have a great experience. Lastnight I went with my wife and our service was horrible. Our waitress kept forgetting things in our order, my wife ordered the shrimp and it was super cold. Then our waitress charged us for 2 things we ordered but never even received. Highly disappointed with last night's visit. Our waitress name was Mia and I think Mia should look for a different job because she is not a good waitress at alll!!!
I like the atmosphere I like to see the people I love the chicken and they have good customer service and fast serving times
I have eaten here many times but this time I am highly disappointed in the food I received that I paid my money for I ordered many different wings and what I received in return I am disappointed and thinking if this is somewhere I want to patronize business anymore. The chicken was old and most wings were bloody inside also received chicken that was undercooked. Tried to call and no answer after multiple attempts highly disappointed.
All of the ladies were nice and wonderful. However I couldn't ignore the fact that their was no diversity in this establishment. Not one person were any race other than Caucasian. I don't know why but I thought that was odd.
Waitress was great! But my shrimp was not hot (just a bit warm) when it came out, didn’t complain but I had better at different Hooters!
