I was so disappointed because the line took so long. It was like they were milking the cows and churning the ice cream themselves. I asked for a pup cup which is usually just a small amount of ice cream with a dog treat. The rude cashier guy informed me that they didn’t have any dog treats which I said was fine. He then turned around and charged me for a vanilla sundae for my dog?! I was so over being in line I just paid and left but ended up wasting 3/4 of the ice cream because it was just too much.
Very rude people. They shove the bags in your face before you can even grab it yelling “HAVE A NICE DAY”. This man had his arm literally all the way in my car shoving it in my face. Never would I ever eat from here EVER. I live close by and I would just drive to another Dairy Queen. In my experience I would never come back hopefully it’s just me getting this treatment and not anybody else because one day someone is going to have a really bad reaction. They don’t wear gloves just ew I’ll never come back.

The chil-cheese Dogs were very rubbery and chewy. I am sure they have ways of knowing how long they are cooked.(having worked in fast food before.) Had I got a shake or something like that I'm sure it would have been great but if you serve both they both you got to have quality on both.

Do not ask for extra without checking it before you leave. I paid for extra peanut butter topping and literally received less than a NORMAL serving. Ignorant employees. Threw it in the garbage because of my disgust. Scammers.
Got the $6.00 special ice cream strawberry ? topping.hot dog w the works on it. Got a plain for the pup. Named Chops he loves them also nobunfor him

It seems there is always a struggle here. For the life of me I cannot fathom why I had to wait 45 minutes in line for a box of dilly bars.
