Absolutely TERRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL this is the WORST Dairy Queen in Merrillvile. Please do yourself a favor and visit the one on Main St in Crown Point or on 73rd & Taft where they go above and beyond for their customers and provide their customers with what they ask for instead of saying "WE DON"T DO THAT HERE" . I asked for a small vanilla ice cream in a blizzard cup and they told me no. I told them I get it all the time at other Dairy Queens since my disabled family member wants it that way since they believe they have a blizzard. I understand it is the same price as a blizzard and I always pay for it. For them to tell me that "WE DON"T DO THAT HERE" is very disappointing and they will never receive my business. I politely left there and went to the PROFESSIONAL Dairy Queen on 73rd & Taft and they provided me with my order and there were no issues.
0. Stars ...ordered pecan pie blizzard . I received a cup of melted ice cream and 3 pecan pieces. Will not return to that location.
