I’ve watched this places prices increase constantly while the customer service and quality of the food has decreased. My last visit, the drive through workers were laughing amongst each other about me for asking “why?” when they told me they couldn’t put ketchup on my burger and had to put it on the side. $5.99 for a single patty cheese burger. I’m done.
Usually you can expect good quality at Culver's. However on my last visit I ordered chicken strips. They were terrible! The inside of each strip was a soft, mushy goo that sort of tasted like chicken -- sort of the consistency of mashed potatoes. I suspect they use some chemical to make the chicken tender, but if that is the case they overdid it. It did not even remotely resemble the texture of chicken. Culver's, you need to reevaluate your chicken tenders. What you are serving now is gross.
Always enjoy their food. The gentleman that took our order didn't get it right after several times repeating it so we just took what he thought. Other than that it was delicious as always
The food is fresh and hot. The order correct. Which we all know is important. Staff was patient and friendly. Will diff be back!!
I discovered Culver's about 9 months ago working in Northwest Indiana. The burgers are pretty delightful and the onion rings are bangin'. Found out about 2 months ago they opened one up 15 minutes from my house in Ohio... Score. It's not fast food and it's not quite five guys, maybe closer to dairy Queen but better tasting.
The double butter cheeseburger meal was sooooo good . It was so tasty that the fries didn't even need ketchup. Lightly salted and kinda cripsy??. To put the icing on the cake I got a salted caramel concrete with extra pecans and it was so delicious.
These guys are awesome. They stayed open for us to eat dinner. I missed our flight and there was nowhere else to eat. Thank you
The wait was a little long but they were busy, but our food was fresh and delicious. The staff was very nice
I order my burgers without certain things and Culver's seems to be about the only place that gets my order right. I tried their onion rings this time and loved them. Always get cheese curds and they're so good!!
Cod dinner was absolutely delicious, tartar sauce was on point. The burgers and chicken sandwiches are very good here as well. The custard is to die for, and the staff is always friendly and fast.
