Always crowded but a variety of games remodeled not bad. But you get lose your kid in the crowd. It's okay. Mainly younger parents with children. It was fairly clean. Only they stamp you enterING to ensure that your kid doesn't go out side with the wrong person but my 6 yr old son walked outside by himself. They didn't enforce checking him at all. ?♀️

Food was good and children enjoyed the games. It is a little pricey tho. I like how the games are separated, smaller children games on one side ,and the ones for older children on the other. Unlike some of the other locations, most of their games were actually working. The staff is very friendly and they are quick to respond if something is wrong.
Surprisingly clean for a Chuck E. Cheese lol. Always good service and friendly faces. Games always working. Food is fast and hot. I appreciate this little gem in the neighborhood!

This location in particular is awesome and the staff is consistent with the excellent customer service within the last two years of me coming here. I can't express enough the gratitude I have for the staff as they deliver the best customer service in the area! They were great both times I had parties here with my intellectually disabled sister. Also they really do make the effort to make sure the kids are having fun and the whole entire party have a Wonderful experience. Thanks yall!
Great experience today! This was my grandbaby's first time experiencing chuck e. cheese and wow did she ever get the red carpet treatment. The place was super clean. Sanitizing stations located throughout. The food was great! The employees were friendly and accommodating. The owner is top notch!!! By far the best experience I've ever had at a chuck e cheese! We are already planning a birthday party at this location after today's experience!
Has a birthday party for my God daughter. Our party host an kitchen staff were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! They were on top of refills, if anything wasn't right, they fixed it. They were even kind enough to decorate our cake for us. My God baby really had a great time!!!! I was most impressed with the positive attitude of the staff as we were cashing out our tickets pretty close to and even after closing time. We will DEFINITELY be returning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
I had my daughter Sara's birthday party there yesterday and the two girls who did the party were awesome. They interacted with my guests and we never needed anything they deserve a shout out. My daughter and guests agree that this was the best birthday party ever. Thank you Jennifer Busha
I have come here twice and each time it's been absolutely amazing! The first time the person who helped us was a gentleman who I believe was the manager, he was very friendly and helpful. The 2nd time was recently (12/01/2021) and Autumn helped us and she was great! She was talking to my boys, striking up a conversation with me and got us all check out very effectively. Our food arrived about 20 minutes into our 1 hour play so it was a good time to pause our cards and eat, there was a young man walking around cleaning the machines so that was great to see and the other girl who helped us with our prizes was also very nice. I would never brave any Chuck E. Cheese on a weekend so if you want to enjoy yourself definitely go during the week.
