Now this was a different experience the guy up front wrapping up a burrito was taking forever. He held me up for over 5 mins. Also the sour cream had all kinds of stuff in it that didn't belong like lettuce and corn. They need to learn how to scoop items without allowing food to fall into other sections where it doesn't belong. They also need to learn how to give customers item and not have food running down the side of the container. For example I ordered sour cream on the side and when I picked it up I had sour cream all over my hand. Other than that my food was delicious. This rating is mostly based on the staff.
Went there today and asked for a normal portion of rice that already looked like it had been sitting there a week and they said I would be charged extra because that’s all the rice they had for the even. So it’s Saturday at 5pm and all you have is less then a half of a pan for the whole night come on. This place needs to reevaluate their staff.
A little bit of a wait. Didn't mind waiting.Food was fresh hot and fantastic I had never had the tacos only burritos.Tacos for me from now on.Service was good no problems.
How can you not serve fresh items ? Especially the manager there who didn’t want to change it. The company pays for all the Ingredients why not just switch it out if you see it looking spoiled ??? For one you guys don’t sell authentic Mexican food at least make y’all version look decent.
They tried to sell me lettuce that had spoiled. When asking for some fresh lettuce, the manager responded saying, “it’s not their fault it’s spoiled and it’s a waste to throw away so much lettuce”. Disgusting
No fajita veggies. No chips. No lemonade or iced tea. No music playing. There was corn in my sour cream. Tables were filthy. Not typical for Chipotlé.
Positives - my food was good, and the staff refilled the ice immediately when someone let them know it was out.This place however was slow, which I could have overlooked had it not been for the absolutely filthy in the dining area. At 12:30 pm on a Sunday, you need someone cleaning tables almost full time when you serve messy food. Tomatoes, lettuce,and cheese fall out of tacos and burritos, and unfortunately some people don't bother to clean up after themselves. We had a hard time finding a table to sit at that wasn't dirty. We ended up sitting beside the front windows, where the ledges were outright gross. They're floor height, so hitting them with the broom and mop frequently should be doable.
Food was okay. The white rice wasn't very lemon or cilantro flavored. There was no steak or veggies which was okay bc i wasn't going to get that anyways. I told the cashier i had a gift card she said to scan it, and then she said to put the credit card in. I assumed the gift card went through but then she said it didn't. It was stupid. Food was only okay
A couple of the workers here seem lax. No one wears their mask properly so, why bother. One worker was handling food with his afro hanging out around his hat which prompts me to wonder how much hair gets into the food. But, the 2 ladies actually making the food and the guy in the kitchen, seemed to keep moving. The food was good but, the restaurant itself was peppered with detritus.
Tonight we went to the Southlake Chipotle. We watched as they fixed burritos, and burrito bowls left and right. The girl that was making the burrito and burrito bowls made a mess on the countertop and not one time did she wipe off the counter. She was sliding other people's food through her messy countertop. When it came tike to make my bowls I stopped her before she slid it through the mess. I had to ask her to wipe the mess off the counter before she slid my bowls she acted like it was hard to do and said it's just food. She didn't want to wipe the counter off at all. Then when I paid the cashier forgot my drink and when I asked he for it she said it's in the bag. When she looked in the bag it wasn't there and she had to get it. Chipotle needs to be cleaned and better staff..
