from hostess to management they suck in all ! should've stopped going there long ago ,but gave them at that location many chances and finally said enough is enough ! had bad experience in Buffalo NY as well ! no more Chillies for me and my family ! we always loved that place !

The Mgr. informed us they were very short staffed (only 3 servers, no bartender) so please excuse the wait. Our server was Meeche and she was pleasant, attentive, & on the job...All the present staff were very amicable, engaging & upbeat. No signs of the extreme shortage of staff...Thee food was served timely, hot & correct...Kudos to Ray and the rest of the crew this Friday night for a really enjoyable time...

Update: I got food poisoning? violently ill for almost 10 hour's of SPEWING from both ends!! The only thing I'd eaten all day was Chilli's House or Side Salad and the Steak, Chicken and Shdimp Fajitas. It could totally be an isolated situation of cross contamination but im on my wat to the hospital and will update accordingly. The 2 people wuth me did NOT get sick but they had something else. I don't want to tear a good business down if it doesn't deserve it but I was balled up crying for God all night & morning. If you go here don't order what I did. I did call management and I'll keep you posted.Wish I could give this place 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'S because it deserves it! My waitress Tatiana was so AMAZING, KIND, INTERESTED & INVESTED in getting our order correct and in a timely fashion. OK now the food OMG ? I got the Chicken, Steak and Shrimp Fajita meal and LISTEN TO ME CLOSELY..... its a must have. I'm a foodie and this blew my mind, literally hands down the Best restaurant meal EVER!!! From Chicago, Indiana to Kentucky down to Florida I consistently eat at restaurants between these states and NOTHING has compared to the quality, portions, flavors and after it marries you might drop a tear. Hey i've eaten at here often but they've stepped thier dishes up. (Picture is after me smashing twice).....

I had not been in Chilis since the pandemic and I was very pleased. The hubby adn I went there on a date night. We were initially told that there would be a 15 minute wait but we only waited 5 minutes. they seemed to have a full staff and our waiter was very attentive. The manager even came by to check on us. The fajitas were good as they always are.

Great experience! Our server Erica definitely deserves a raise! She is very knowledgeable about different food items on the menu! She is very attentive, and caring

Delicious food and fast service

Ray wasn’t my server, I believe he was the host, but he was AMAZING!! He told me about the specials and walked me through the menu when seating me at my table. My actual server barely checked on me and the guest in our area, but he was checking on us. I appreciate that a lot. The food was amazing. I had no idea about the smokehouse combo. It’s delicious and affordable. Of course I order the trusty Cajun pasta which was perfect as well. I’m in love with the Presidente margarita. Never miss.*Edit: Ray is the manager. Great service and made sure the entire restaurant kept flowing with the night rush. I’ll be back for sure!

Good drinks and great service

I dined here for Valentine’s Day lunch. My husband had never been and was on the fence about eating here, but I convinced him since every other parking lot, even with it only being 1130a, was already busy. Food was good but the service was okay. It started off fine until we got our food and my husbands burger was completely wrong. He ordered the BBQ Brisket Burger, but instead got the Big Bacon BBQ. When we told our waiter about it he tried brushing it off by saying “it was only missing the brisket.” Not true. See below. He did correct the meal but did not apologize or offer to compensate. I ate and finished my meal before my husband got his new burger. It was supposed to be a date, so this was completely unacceptable. In the future I will only dine at their Dyer location.BBQ BRISKET BURGER* (1320 cal)Brisket, house BBQ, cheddar, pickles, coleslaw.BIG BACON BBQ* (1720 cal)Two beef patties, six slices of bacon, house BBQ, cheddar cheese, pickles & red onion.

Great customer service, great food?
