But they have a heck of a chicken sandwich. Hey for you guys that wanna get full quick this is the place not greasy has taste the fries of big and robus really cool , So I give them a 10. Went to the one in Merrillville. I must tell you I was very disappointed. One of the very few restaurants I've ever been to that's told me I can't have what I ordered. But I can have the spicy version! Yeah that was enough to make me mad and then after the dealing with the fourth employee. I'm still not having my food. I decided it was time do not go there anymore so I've written off Chick-fil-A. No free drink is going to give me back either:-(
First, yes! You HAVE to try Chick-fil-A, if you haven't tried yet (which based on their drive-thru occupancy I would say is impossible). Second, having said that, the place is always fully staffed with nice, kind, and respectful people. It is a plus for a fast-food environment. Lastly, the menu is simple straightforward, and with very affordable prices. The whole dining experience is worth it.
My sandwich was good but a bit dry. I ordered the spicy chicken. But I have to go back and give it another chance.

I just left the Chick-fil-A in Merrillville and was helped by a young man named Daniel who was phenomenal! We don't order very often so I wasn't sure what the best way to order would be at the most cost-efficient price and Daniel made it easy and fun! Even my 4-year-old said that Daniel was so nice!
Generally enjoy eating food from this location. Always exceptional customer service and food quality. My review is on mobile orders. If you opt to, “skip the line” as drive through signs and employees say to do, beware. You’ll only end up sitting on the outside of the drive through across from the window where customers in the drive through line get serviced. Maybe I understood the signs wrong.. idk but stay in the drive through and you’ll get your order soon enough.

My son and his fiancé lost their apartment due to fire on Wednesday night. They’re starting in a hotel for now and my soon to be daughter in law went to your location in Merrillville, Indiana yesterday to order their dinner. She told someone their about their incident and your store was kind enough to pay for their meal. I want to say “THANK YOU” from MY heart for treating them like “FAMILY”! Definitely a go-to for fast food that's actually good. Excellent customer service. Happy employees tells me it's a good work environment. That sort of thing definitely plays a factor in everything from how well the food is prepared to how smoothly they sort through getting orders out.Almost always has a line (once again telling you how good they are). It sometimes can be a but congested at thos location, but they honestly handle it fairly well.
