It took me 15 mins to get my order and I was the only car in line. I got 2 breakfast sandwiches, and 2 whoppers. The sausage looked old and dry, which it was. The whoppers, are definitely not what they use to be, those patties looked freezer burned and old. I use to love me a whopper, but its getting harder to find a good bk lately. No I don't like the golden arches.
Wanted to try their new chicken sandwich so I stopped by. I pulled in their drive thru and waited for a few minutes with no response. I pulled around to the window to see if they were even open and I saw several employees leaning on the front counter looking on their phones. One of them saw me and just ignored me and continued looking on her phone.
How is this location still open??? Can't go in, speaker broke so 1 order at a time at the window, food not fast food , but the workers have a pretty decent attitude
Great staff. I was made aware to buy 2 egg and cheese croissants instead of 1 as it was buy one get one which I was unaware. Foid came super quick.
THIS WAS THE WORST BURGER KING (61st AVE, MERRILLVILLE, IN) WAITING IN DRIVE-THRU +6MIN W/NO RESPONSE FROM INTERCOM & 1 CAR AHEAD OF ME. MY FOOD THEN SAT(IN FRONT OF ME) AT THE WINDOW +3MIN (FRESH FRIES COLD NOW) WHILE GIRL???? TAKING OTHER ORDERS??? NO KETCUP/NAPKINS (ASKED ). THE ORDERING PADS (REGISTER) WAS NASTY/GREASY. $8.12-HAMBURGER LOOKED LIKE EARRINGS/SMALL PATTIES. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! NO INSIDE CUSTOMER'S EITHER!!! "PLEASE DO BETTER OR CLOSE!!!"

First off the food is disgusting, the fries and onion rings taste as if they been sitting out for a week! Beyond rock hard!!! Also they forgot to give me my whopper Jr. I dont have time to drive back up there for a burger and by the looks and taste of the food they did give me i dont want that whopper any ways...I do not recommend this place to anyone!
Staff not professional, arguing with each other. Dropped my food on the ground, then we had to wait for them to remake the order again. A sad day, not used to this type of service at this location.☹️
They didn't make my mobile order as requested and worse yet, they mobile app has not worked to report problems since I was there over 10 days ago.The location may not be bad but the app sucks and no response to emails.
