My Bartender was Maxine this evening & i’d have to say out of my many many many years going in & out of restaurants and leaving reviews this ray of sunshine has been my brightest server yet! She was very polite, and attentive to my husband and I, didn’t over step but knew when to check in on us, our food came out exceptionally fast and exactly how our difficult buts ordered it. Our drinks were impressively delicious, She made no mistakes at all. I was very impressed! Will be back to visit her soon, hopefully she’s working!!!! Out of 10 I give her 100.
Staff was very kind and professional. Our food was served hot, and the timing was excellent from appetizer to main. This was my first visit here and I will definitely be back.
My server was Sammi wonderful service food came out hot just how i kiked it. I had the jerk and teriyaki wings with side of tots and it came out just like i wanted it to be. I will be coming back for more. The manager Sam spoke to me making sure i felt welcoming coming into the store
You'll wait. And you'll wait for your food. Not sure if it's an issue with efficiency or management. Don't think it's staffing because it took forever before the pandemic.
J Ro is my favorite bartender. Im a regular of her and we come in just to see her. She makes your dining experience so much more enjoyable. I’d give her a raise in a heartbeat!! I love her great service:)
Great service, waitress Deandria (not sure how to spell it) she was patient, and very sweet made the experience all the better.
Went to enjoy the playoff game!!! Also to enjoy good food and great company and we weren't disappointed! Super short wait time and great service!!!
Was great food, had a good dinner after our movie with my family. Everyone was happy with the food, all plates were empty if that says anything. Drinks were limited due to taps being messed up but me and my brother made due things like this happen. We were only having one anyway so not a big deal imo.
Ive went to many different buffalo wild wings over the years and Alieah is the only person to ever tell me that there is some sort of rewards system for buying food. I really appreciate that.
Charlotte is the best bar tender. My son and I came in to watch the bulls game and she was very helpful getting the game on a TV for us and keep checking on us.
