My daughter and I stopped here for lunch and it was super clean, the food was fast, tasted amazing and our server was professional and attentive. The decor is stunning, lots of beautiful artwork to view while you relax in a friendly family / feels like home zone. I highly recommend this establishment and I will definitely be returning whenever I have the chance.
I hadn't been to a Bob Evans in at least 15 years. I was so looking forward to biscuits and gravy, but I was so disappointed. There are 2 different gravys. The sausage gravy is brown only tasted salty; couldn't even taste the sausage. So we asked for the white gravy. Not knowing that white gravy meant no sausage, it was even worse. Liquid flour on flour biscuits. It's been hours and we still have indigestion and we didn't even eat it all. And the waitress acted like she was upset that we didn't like the food. Just an all over bad experience.
This place sucks! I’ve been in there twice in the last couple of months and it’s almost impossible to get seated or waited. I know there’s a shortage of help but the people working at this place don’t even attempt to pick up the slack. I love Bob Evans and I love the biscuits and gravy but I will never go back to that place. If it was a one time thing I’d be OK. The restaurant down the street is packed and there was just a few cars at Bob Evans and now I know why
Service was speedy but the food preparation was less stellar. Potatoes cooked way too hard, sausage over cooked, pancakes over cooked on one side, bacon cooked too long. Waitress tried to correct it... but as we were leaving we saw other patrons with the same problem. Cashier asked if there was a problem with our food and the answer was YES.

Bob Evans is one of my favorite breakfast restaurants. I always order their blueberry pancakes; which are always perfect...until today. They had way too many berries! My mom and I both ordered the same thing and we ate around the middle of the pancake. Disappointed. On a good note, my server was great.
Breakfast here this morning was great! Every thing was fresh and cook to order. They pretty expensive but I think it’s worth the price. Just was thrown off I didn’t get my toast with my order. But, besides that I WILL BE BACK! ?
Service was great but it took over an hour to get our food. They are doing way too many take out orders and it seams like the kitchen can’t keep up.
I just love the Biscuits and Gravy ? and the Big Hogg meal is unbeatable ????
The food is excellent, the grilled chicken breast is one of my favorites! They have very good customer service. Will return again and again!
