So this place has been on my radar since they started building and I finally got to go! The bartender's name escapes me however she was delightful to dine with. The margarita flight is definitely one to try, fresh tasty flavors to wake the palette up, however my fav will always be "The Hand Crafted" original margi?. It was late when I arrived but not to give them excuses they were out of a lot of items. I originally wanted to try their Salmon dinner which wasn't available, the bartender suggested the Jambalaya over the grilled Chicken Alfredo! Very tasty with the right amount of flavor and spice. I do however wish the onions were cooked more as I picked them out instead. I also tried the White Peach margarita, but they ran out of fresh peaches to add to it as well. I will definitely be going back, but I'd get there earlier in the day!!!
My cousin recommended this place so when me and the wife was out in Indiana we decided to go the food was good the service was good and the décor was good
We visited BJs on Sunday, July 10th around 7pm. The place was packed outside so we decided to eat indoors because they still had tables. When we walked in we weren’t greeted by any of the hostesses and they actually seemed angry that they had to seat us. The one who was working to find tables seated the people in line ahead of us and then walked off. It turns out she was clocking out and didn’t even have the decency to say, please excuse me while another hostess seats you. I wanted to leave but my husband and son really wanted to stay so we waited a good 5 minutes for another hostess to seat us and even she was distracted and didn’t greet us. She asked where we wanted to sit and we chose a table away from the busy bar area. Our table was clean but we didn’t have any napkins or silverware, we had to ask for that, we also had to ask for water and when it came time to order, half of the food was sold out or unavailable so our options were limited. Again, I wanted to leave but my husband’s coworkers insisted the food was worth it. I can assure you, it wasn’t. The best thing we had were the mozzarella sticks and mixed alcoholic drinks. The burgers and fries were cold, the pizza tasted like Pizza Hut pizza or a frozen pizza you could cook at home. I was not impressed with the food at all and my husband and son were very disappointed. Our bill was almost $120 and for that amount of money to feed 3 people, the food should have tasted better and the hostesses that greet you should be friendly. The only reason I am not giving them one star is because our waiter was super nice and attentive. My husband tipped him $20. He was the friendliest person they had working there. Everyone else was just rude. We won’t be coming back.
We ordered the Spinach artichoke appetizer, I would eat without the chips so tasty. I wish that could be a meal...lolI ordered the Atlantic grilled salmon (blackened) it was good just not as spicy as I assumed. The broccoli was cooked just right soft & fluffy but not soggy. Rice is rice to me it doesn't ever do anything for me. Take it or leave it. Some people may love it though.My husband ordered the bacon cheeseburger he said was delicious and made me try the fries. They were seasoned with some kind of Cajun spice. They were good. I gave 4 stars it just took way to long and food was not as warm as I would have liked. Appetizer was piping hot.
It was a busy night. The food was great. I had the shrimp scampi, my wife had the spaghetti and meatballs, the kids had chicken wings, and spaghetti. I had some BJ's beers and they were good. The service was good.
I liked it today because it's $4 BJ beers. Looking at the menu I feel prices are a bit elevated but being where it is located I'm sure they have no problem putting butts in seats during peak hours. There is a good menu selection though,, a little of everything. They do have a good beer selection both their own and guest taps. I'm drinking the Hopstorm it comes in at 6.5% and 65 ABU. Layla is great, good service and ENGAGING. Thank you for your service. So important for today with the way things are. I'll be back again and I'm sure I'll bring others with me next time.
Clean, large and hoppin for a Wednesday evening! Great beer selection, good girlie drinks.. We ordered the nachos and apparently they believe in putting spiciness in every ingredient.. Which we don't like. One star docked for too much spicy on the menu. Not everyone likes that and what happens when you want to bring kids?

Never again No calamari, ask for steak to be well done it wasn't. wrong dressing on the salad but the worst part was the bugs flying around at the table told the guy. he already knew about the flying bugs.. we don't send food back you never know what they might do to it. So we got box's to go and left over price for a spot in Merrillville

It's ok. There for lunch, so I did not imbibe, but the drink options are plentiful. It's often crowded and they had a decent lunch crowd when we were there. So, take my experience with that in mind. The wife assures me the pork chops are phenomenal. They are only available after 4.She loves the garlic encrusted chicken. I had the Bistro burger, which sounds great and looks great, it was good, but not great.The service? Meh.
