My son brought me here for Mother's Day. He ordered a steak, medium. It was well-done......very well-done. He was not happy. I ordered Baby back ribs with mashed potatoes. My ribs were dry, but, the potatoes were excellent! Our server could've been better. And, it took forever to, 1st, receive our appetizer and 2nd, our food. It wasn't packed. So, no excuse. My 1st bad experience with AB.
The best waiter and service!I've been in multiple locations with Applebee's restaurants in multiple states, however this one is something outstanding and all because of the great service! Girls you rock! The front lady and Catlin(I hope I spelled it right), thank you for fantastic service and sweet welcome smiles!
Worst experience ever! Was told they were short staffed, but watched 4 staff members open a box of t shirts in the bar area. Waited way too long for EVERYTHING. Could barely get a drink. Staff was beyond slow!!!! Will never come again! Husband said the most laziest people he has ever seen in his life, no urgency for customer service what so ever!
I visited Applebee's on March 8, 2022. It was my first time getting to go out to eat since October 2021 because I had health issues. I choose Applebee's because I knew I could depend on great service and great food and they didn't disappoint me. I sat at the bar and was telling all the patrons how excited I was to be here and the bartender poured an extra shot into my drink. And that's the other reason I picked Applebee's...their Bahama Mama's! I am not a big drinker, im very picky, but I love ONLY Applebee's Bahama Mama's! Thank you Applebee's for giving me the best experience of finally going out to eat!!
Greg was superb tonight, didn't let the fact of them being short staffed distract him. He handled it like a pro!
I got put on a list to be seated, then a list to get food order taken and served. Absolutely ridiculous. The excuse was online orders was taking up the kitchen. But I'm here now! Then short staffed also. Some many ppl were walking out and the hostess didn't even care. I guess losing money don't bother employees!
We had jackie as our server, and she was fantastic, very attentive and watching all her tables, never had to ask for anything! Some of the best service ice ever had!
Worst Applebee's experience ever more people were walking out then staying waitress was beyond ignorant had attitude from min we were seated with us and all others. We arrived waited to be seated for over 12min before our group or the other cpl groups were even noticed when we were the bartender started to scurry all over to find a waitress when she did the waitress was upset to do her job so sat us then cleaned all the tables and sat on phone we finally got her to take order she never took it to back or put in register went back to texting in her personal cell we eventually after 44min of not even receiving a water walked out like many others
Horrible service. Had to wait for menus while the waitress talked with the bartender. Then had to wait to order food while the waitress cleaned tables. She took our order & went to text in the corner & then to clean another table instead of putting our food order in the computer. Waited for our drinks while the bartender danced with one customer & flirted with another. Only had water after 40 minutes of waiting.
The cook there is better then I expected and the service was quick, or waitress seemed to be having a bad day but she was still quick on our order and food.
