A male employee was working at the Wendy’s flying J travel today by himself. He was the only worker there. He said none of the managers were there and he was only a crew member. Which is wrong. Because at least one manager should be at the store at all times.
The hype is real! Seriously, they don't skimp on nothing! The toppings on my burger were picked high. This Wendy's is in a truck stop, but service was amazing. The workers either love their jobs and it shows. The front counter worker at night needs a raise! We came here four nights in a row. He was legit on it everytime!
I had a bad experience eating here. Around 11:30 last night, I noticed oranges cones blocking the drive thru, so I went inside. The two younger ladies barely even acknowledged my wife and I. One employee was writing closed with a permanent marker on a blank piece of paper. The ladies took our order. My order came back all wrong: I ordered two Dave's singles with cheese only (plain). When I received my burgers, they had all the toppings imaginable on them both: mayo, ketchup, mustard, onion, etc. I will not return.
Stopped here for lunch. Stood at register for 5 min. Employees seen me standing there and continued with these conversation and the girl that was working couldn't seem to get off her phone. Can't tell you anything else because I left and went to a restaurant that was glad to help. Won't be back to this one. Didn't deserve the one star.
Love the food at this Wendy's. This location must be short staffed like the rest of the world. The drive through at this busy truck stop location is only open when they want it to be. They are right off of the interstate, but many times they have orange cones blocking the drive through lane.
I did not get to experience this restaurant. After driving all the way there because they are listed as being 24 hours, I found out they are closed down from 2-5a. There is no warning of this, anywhere. I, actually, got there before 2, but decided to get my pops from the gas station side before going over to the Wendy's side. Why is this closing time not posted, anywhere? They should recompensate me for my gas.
Started with a long line but it moved really quickly. Food was awesome. The 2 guys making the food was calm and steady with the rush crowd. Appearance was clean. They all was to be honest. They seemed to of had a couple hiccups but everyone stayed polite and cleared it up.\\nThe place was clean.
Always classic on sea salt hot fries and those junior bacon cheeseburgers always great they almost always get your order right. But in Marion frostys are few and far between either shut down to clean or not working they don't really have newer type foods always the same old menu but that's also a good thing knowing what you can always order.

Food is always good and fresh. Never takes very long and my order is always right.
