They messed up my husband's order.. he's highly allergic to tomatoes he seen ketchup had been sprayed on there squirted on there and they tried to scrape it off so he called the corporate office and nobody answered his throat swelled up considerably I had to take him to the hospital it's just ridiculous!!! It was not a good experience at all ?
It took three times before they got my order right and what I ordered was a plain baked potatoe. How do you mess that up.
Great food and customer service
Burgers are getting smaller, colder, and more expensive. What gives? I know cows cost more these days, but come on. Props on the frys though, they are improved.

Biscuits and gravy was poor no gravy on one order and no sausages on the other. Was on my way to work and they told me to bring the food back but I work 12 hours out of town and got told to hold the food till tomorrow and bring it back........Hmmmmmm ok biscuits was like McDonald's biscuits dry and nasty . Won't ever go to Wendy's in Marion
Food was super fast and fresh no wait but didnt get the lid on the chili all the way so me and my Stepdad both got to wear it but it happens!
