Absolutely wonderful dining experience. Food was wonderful, restaurant was clean, staff were friendly. I did not have to wait for my food very long. Very attentive restaurant manager checked on all tables several times.
We had Brianna as a waitress and she was wonderful. Enjoyed the entertaining dance the waiters supplied and clapped along! Food was hot and fresh and served quickly. When we did not get our shrimp side, Brianna was quick to get that fixed! Great workers, great atmosphere, great food.
Nice Texas roadhouse. Friendly staff and our waitress Emily got everything we needed. Helped recommend a drink for my wife. We both got steak which was cooked just right and very tender and juicy. The rolls were good as well as the sides for our steaks. Also got dessert to go which was good when I ate it later at home.
Had a group of 11 from SC here for a camp. Wondered why a lot of local restaurants were rated a lot higher that this Texas Roadhouse. Being a Texas Roadhouse fan, we decided to go with the safe place! Put our name on the wait list and was told it would be an hour or longer. Went to a store and got a text within 40 minutes!! That was great. Got there 8 minutes after the text and the hostess said sorry that they had marked us off because there is a five minute policy. I understand policy but asked for a manager to plead our case!? No manager ever showed up to even say sorry or make a personal connection. Now I know why the local places have higher ratings, they care about the community!!
The biggest complaint is the wait time. Call ahead at 5:30 on a Thursday with a party of 6. Waited in the parking lot with a 2 yr old and friends from out of town for 90 minutes and didn't get seated until 8. Tried to seat us at 2 different tables. Asked about a table for 6 that was empty, it apparently couldn't be served by any staff (your policy?) so it was left empty. As we looked around, several tables for 6 were empty, while we waited in our cars in the parking lot. I understand being short staffed, but not enough to make us wait forever and leave tables empty and try to break us up. Food is always good, although the rolls couldn't get there fast enough as we were really hungry. Your call ahead policy stinks and so does your seating policy. A server can serve 2 tables of 4, but not a table for 6 which is 6 feet away...does that make sense to anyone?
The wait was very long around 1.5 hours on a Monday for 5 people. Which I get it, most all places are super short staffed. We had to actually ask our waitress for the rolls (all other servers remembered). Most all the food was good by the time we got it, with the exception of my boyfriends shrimp which was cold. All around the expirence wasn't terrible, just be prepared for a possible long wait and having to ask for your rolls. My steak was actually really good, and I got the fort worth ribeye.
My husband is a born and raised Texan, I loved there for 3 years. This was the BEST Texas Roadhouse we’ve ever been to. Amazing food and INCREDIBLE costumer service. Everyone was so friendly and kind. A great experience and a great atmosphere! Will definitely be going back.
Great service, friendly, good food... Very busy get there early. Hey the $10 6oz steak and two sides meal before 5:00. Best meal around you can't beat it....
Will not set group of 12 for birthday. Was laughed at by hostess, manager rude and disrespectful, we waited for 45 called in in advanced. Said not their job. Absolutely the worst experience!
Lively and kind staff, and really great food. Our table had an 8oz sirloin and a salmon Caesar salad, both of which were excellent. The baked potato and rolls were a big hit as well. Would definitely recommend!
