Worst service I have experienced. I waited to place my order for over 15 minutes as employees walked past me and my two friends. They never once acknowledged any of us. I can only assume these individuals were only teenagers because they were horse playing and acting as if. My friends and I decided to go elsewhere to eat an individual working for door dash came up to us as we were getting in our car informed us the employees who never once acknowledged us called us idiots for not ordering on the kiosk in the lobby of the restaurant to order our food. At this point I was not happy. I went back in and demanded to speak with the manager who was polite. After waiting a half hour for 2 tacos I will say my friends and I received our food for free. However I will not return to taco bell by Walmart again.

I paid $ 30.68 for my meal, asked for extra meat and sour cream. Didn't get it ! This is the second time in 2 weeks that this has happened. Sad !

I ordered a chicken power bowl about an hour ago and the chicken was so old I couldn't chew it and it cut the inside of my mouth. It wasn't just one piece either it was all the chicken in the bowl. Won't eat there ever again. Very disappointed

This Taco Bell rocks! I placed an online order & paid at the TB on Baldwin (.2 miles from my home). I got confirmation that it was placed so I hopped in the car. When I got there THE PLACE WAS CLOSED! I thought maybe it got diverted to the TB on Western (3 miles from my home) so I drove there. The youngg man at the window said he didn't have an order for me so I placed one. Not only was it ready right away, the young man gave me a discount on my order for my trouble. From now on, THIS is my TB!!! I'd rather travel for good service than put up with irresponsible service!

I used the drive through. It was convenient, fast. And delicious. I chose the Burrito Supreme, no beans. It was really good.

Went through the drive thru, service was great, and food, it was also fixed the way I wanted. The only thing wrong was you could not hear them talking to you through the speaker

I have incredible respect for food service workers, especially on Friday night. The store wasn't open only drive through. Line was long, food was cold, soda had no syrup. It's hard to run a restaurant that way. It's unfair to customers and staff. But, I understand why they do it. I just not sure how to they could make it better.

Haven't been there for a while so I went to the drive-thru, and still one of the best Taco Bells around.

Went through the drive thru around 7:30 pm on Jan 2, 2022. I always wonder why we keep going back, but we honestly love the Food so we have put up with You being out of almost everything every single time we go there! I just don’t understand this. Times are tough with the pandemic and all but You all have been like this way before the pandemic. The Girl at the drive thru tonight was extremely rude. I guess, I am just really confused as to why the owners don’t step up and fix this situation. Will probably keep going here because we love the Food, but things seriously need to get better.

They only get 1 star because you have to in order to make a review. So I pull up to the menu at the drive thru the employee working informs me the ARE NOT taking any orders at this time!!! It was 6:15 p.m. I asked why not and was told to go somewhere else!!! Exactly what I did, I went to the Taco Bell on the North side of town, they gave me the best service one could ever ask for. Also this wasn't the first time something happened like this I believe the last time was they did not have any taco meat! Not sure where the problem is except poor management skills from the top management/ownership someone from the corporate or regional offices really needs to look at these issues or remove the Taco Bell name from this establishment.
