If for some reason every other restaurant in 1000 miles of here is closed and you are starving to death, do not come here!!! It took my son and I over 30 minutes to receive our food after we ordered two Cravings Boxes. There was one other family in the dining room and they said they had been waiting for over 20 minutes. Drive thru however was averaging 3 to 5 minutes.At least we all got to sit here is the dining room and watch the kitchen staff laughing, playing around, and having a grand time. I guess if they are not going to fix our food we at least have a show to watch.Not only will I never return to this Taco Bell, but at this point I am not sure I will ever eat Taco Bell again.
This place is OK I just wish they would pay attention more to the food and how they make it in the quality of all they make it rather than rushing through it and getting the orders wrong or if you order a chipotle chicken wrap the cheese is still shredded instead of melted it’s just a small things that keeps your customers coming back and also those small little things that can discontinue your customers from coming back too js
This place doesn't even deserve a one star rating. Apon entering this restaurant on Saturday 3/19/22 @ 1:47pm, the entire restaurant was very dirty. We ordered our food and the worker did not have the correct change in her drawer so she asked the manager (Mckenzie) if she could get her change out of the other drawer in which Mckenzie told her to just give 62 cents in pennies. My husband said he didn't want that many pennies due to it being alot in his pocket. Mckenzie would not even acknowledge my husband. She ended up getting some change but wasn't happy about doing that. This place needs new management or her to take some classes on how to manage an establishment. There was not one clean table in the entire restaurant, not to mention the floor was so sticky, every step your foot would stick . They need to clean the entire place. So nasty and absolutely will never step foot in that place again.
Employees arent very friendly!! The girl working drive thru the day i went through asked me if i wanted my change back...That is a big NO NO...you don't ask customers that...The food wasn't hot..was only barely warm and very very skimpy on the toppings...Probably wont be going back for sure!!:(
Overall has improved, but usually has wait time issues.
Food was ok, service was quick. The girl at drive thru was very friendly.

11:15 a.m. . Sign said dine in open. Sign in Windows that open. I have a larger vehicle and cannot navigate drive-thrus. They were not open for dine in but an employee? Inside pointed for me to drive through the drive-thru. There were absolutely no size to indicate that the dine-in was closed. Won't go back here

Ok jennifer the DM, this one is for you! The fact that you can't stand up for someone who goes out of their way to greet customers in unique and various way just shows you need to step down! You do not deserve your title. i stuggle to share this disgust i have for you! You need to resign along with your pension! As far as i am concerned, you are the reason the north store needs help.
