Was waiting for my drink inside and the staff were fighting pretty loud ?. Entertaining (not sarcasm) but so classy (sarcasm)
Went for 3 Carmel Ribbon Crunches and all they had was the Carmel Syrup...drinks were nasty, not what we are always use to...HUGE DIFFERENCE IN FLAVOR, when i took them in and complained about the taste, thats when they proceeded to tell me that they used Carmel syrup!!!NOTE: the lady at the window still served with a smile and i still left a tip
Always love the nitro cold brew with sweet vanilla cream. Long line in drive thru moved rapidly!
The drive thru area did not look like people that worked at this coffee shop ever picked up litter and trash people throw out of their vehicles. So the appearance of the drive thru area not very presentable to attract new customers. The drink I had was spot on as far as taste and visually pleasing to look at. Price was a little on the high side.
Accidentally did mobile app for Gas City. Barista payed attention and found out I made a mistake. She then prepared me another drink. Good coffee and awesome team.
We ordered ahead through the mobile app and it was nice and ready once we got there
Drive through is pretty fast and orders are usually correct.
This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. It took 25 minutes after I ordered before I got my coffee. There were workers standing around and the wait was insane for one drink.
Thank you Starbucks for always giving great service! When I need caffeine, they are always there for me. Sometimes there can be a long line at the drive thru, so be patient! Nice employees, great service.
We placed our order through the app. It was ready on time and made correctly as we always have changes to our drinks. We've ordered here numerous times and we have never been disappointed.
