DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR REVIEW. UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TO IN ORDER TO POST A REVIEWI used to think that this place valued it's customers and had great customer service but they don't and more I think about it I realize that they never have! The business hours should be 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm due to the fact that they will not answer the phones after 9:01 pm and they will refuse customers who walk inside to place a order during their posted business hours.. HAD HAPPENED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS! Horrible that the owners allow this type of behavior from their employees to refuse customers who are the reason this establishment even exists and still in business..

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a Stromboli sub lol when I picked up the food I noticed the pizza was in a bag lol never have I seen that but I let it go I paid 27$ for my order ! It’s snowing and ice is all over my car ! I got home and opened the food and realized no pepperoni on the pizza or my sandwich so I called the store … they wanted me to drive back to the store in this weather to show them there was no pepperoni!! I said no I’m not coming back out in this weather! Then he said well you can bring the pizza back tomorrow and u still have to have 12 slices in it ! Lol what ?? Ummm no !! I said I paid extra money for pepperoni on my pizza and sandwich I paid with my card can I just be reimbursed some money ?? He said no we have to have prop there is no pepperoni! SMH I said well do I need me to send you a picture or something like this is unbelievable! I work in the restaurant industry and I have for over 10 yrs never in my life did I ever hear no nothing like that !!! I’m very disappointed and I will never eat there again smh the Stromboli sub was nothing but some tiny grounded up sausage there was more sauce on it than anything!! Ooh and don’t forget I was charged for pepperoni on it and it wasn’t !! I’m so disappointed and disgusted it’s unbelievable smh
You know I stopped going to pizza King in Marion years ago... I always travel to a different town if I want one. Yesterday k decided to give it another chance. Fail! Still same mentality. Where are the toppings and sauce? Marion had great pizzas many years ago. You ever wonder what happened to your customers? They drive to another town instead of being forced to eat a mostly cheese but sold as deluxe pizza. Seriously... The only pieces that would qualify as having toppings would be the few center pieces. Even those pieces are a joke. I just proved to myself again... Never go here. Pizza king in other towns are proper pizzas. Someone need to open up new one and send these greedy owners packing
This is not Pizza King. The only thing this pizza king and every other pizza king have in common is the name. Different dough, toppings, cheese, sauce, breadsticks...everything. Its terrible. The people leaving good reviews for this location must have never been to an real pizza king or they like cheap, soggy pizza & cold cheese.
Worst pizza I have ever had this is not pizza king it is a rip off they give you breadsticks from a freezer total rip off cheese was cold and breadsticks were cold I am NEVER going back
I've been to many many pizza kings throughout the state of indiana. This Pizza King is the absolute worst tasting Pizza King pizza I have ever had. You would be better off going to Little Caesars
This is absolutely the best pizza king ever …. They truly go above and beyond and I’ve never gotten anything from here that’s not good …BEST FOOD
