Terrible service today. We ordered a medium thin crust cheese and a pan pepperoni. We order one boneless wings and one bone-in wings. We received two thin crus pizzas and two boneless wings. I told guy order was wrong. He asked what was wrong. I explained. He did finally bring out correct pizza and wings. He did take off the wrong wings but charged me for all three pizzas. That brought bill to $60. I will never go back there. The last time took the grandsons we had to wait over two hours for our eat-in order because of help shortage. This place just needs to close.
Good place for couples on a budget to split a large pizza and do half & half
Ordered a thin crust and got hand tossed. Deleted black olives in order and added green olives. Guess what was on the pizza?? BLACK olives!!!!! Only live 3/4 mile from Pizza Hut and pizza was cold. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Will not order from there again.
We had reserved a 1:00 p.m Birthday Party today with 25-30 in attendance..upon arrival there were TWO employees working(we never saw but 1 but told there was 2) The young man we did see as employee was doing EVERYTHING..Bar,order taking,making the orders Etc AND did it with a very patient,courteous,respectful,pleasant mood! I can assure you that I would have been breaking dishes and walking out as an employee! I do not know his name but he did an outstanding job in every aspect and I do hope that his supervisors reward him with more than just his paycheck! P.S The reservation was made about 7 week'svago so plenty of time to have staffing on hand
Hostesses were friendly enough but the food left something to be desired. I used to be a pizza hut employee at 3 different restaurants in California, Illinois and Indiana and there would have been a problem if we sent pizza out the door the way it was tonight, especially for a carryout. Was barely warm and chopped not sliced.
The pizza was over baked even burnt in places, The young man who delivered my order was awesome. I would have second thoughts about ordering from this Hut again!
Outside of the fact they didn’t cut the cheese bread sticks … it was perfectly made and the pizzas we ordered were perfect as well and it was delivered fast and driver was awesome I don’t know his name but I showed my appreciation with a tip
Pre ordered 4 hours ahead and received my order on time and piping hot. Everything was cooked perfectly and the hosts were delightful when I picked up my order.
Ordered at 12:04 and it said up to 56 minutes for delivery. After an hour and 15 minutes I called to verify the order and it was an hour and 30 minutes before I got it. The boxes were smashed and half of the toppings were stuck to the top of the box.
Pizza had barley any sauce . the breadstix were not cut. It was one piece of dough. Forgot my sauces. Pizza was ice cold
