Whata rip off. $10 for a frozen tenderloin fry and drink. Upgraded for.75 ...fry only. Even more for the drink. Maybe a tablespoon of slaw on the tenderloin and fries were barely cooked.Buyer beware. Quality and service has gone down hill.
Use to be excellent but last few time burgers are cold and buns are stale. Don’t know what happened.
Great family owned business. Always fast and friendly.My favorite in the tenderloin. I have ate here for decades. Always love the tenderloin. They have even stepped it up and the tenderloin is even better. Try one just once.
Good was good, the fries could use a little more salt on them. Other wise service was good
Called in an order because I was on break and didn't have a lot of time. I told them I would be there in 5 minutes. When I got there they started my order. What do they think the point of a call in order is? The hamburger was way over salted and the fries had none, but that is how this store has been for a while. I will not be back for a very long time, if ever.
The chili was burnt and so was the bbq so over all my food tasted burnt and dry the tea was good ! , and service was friendly and fast
Penguin Point is always a brief step back into time. The tenderloins are wonderful and I have never had a better french fry than at Penguin Point. The cashier today was super friendly even after we changed our order. We eat here about once a year when we are in town. I wish there were more of these restaurants but unfortunately they are near extinction. If you have not been you should go. Their fried chicken is also really good. Thanks Penguin Point another great visit!
Went there today with my best friend and got milkshakes. I noticed it when I took my first drink of it that it tasted like 2 month old spoiled milk. My best friend drank a little over half of hers and said it didn’t taste right. 2 hours later I cannot stay off the toilet.
First time dining here in years. Taste just like I remember. Food was hot and delicious wait staff was very friendly. Only wait time was while food being prepared.
The young lady at service counter did a nice job. Hamburger was goodOverall service was good. I would like to know what is the correct military discount Penguin Point allows? Seems to be some inconsistency and I believe that customers should be told about Veteran and/or senior discounts. I do not feel we should always have to ask. Not saying literally everyone who make a purchase at the inside counter should be asked. But employees could be trained to use discretion and offer it up front during the conversation at time of placing a good order. Usually, not always, but one should be able to tell if a customer is elderly person.I will continue to frequent your Restaurant.?
