If you are a doordash driver, do not accept orders from here until they get things right. For the non cash deliveries, it says no one ever leaves a tip, and I don't believe that because pizza delivery drivers get more tips then most other workers, even if it's a dollar they tend to still get one. Also for the cash deliveries the customer gets charged like $30 for one pizza, therefore they're getting charged a delivery fee from papa John's they we don't get to see, even though we're the ones using gas and putting wear and tear on our vehicles, all we get is the 2.50 base pay from that delivery and maybe a few cents from a tip because their pizza costed them $30 already.
Have had some really good pizza here. Unfortunately they take forever. Almost always an hour from when you order til ready no matter what time of day. Ordered a pizza tonight walked in to pay at the 45 minute mark and was told they were really busy tonight and that it would be another half hour and that there were 6 orders ahead of me. The estimated time was 60 minutes. Sure I could chalk it up to staffing issues, but if that were the case, why is dominos alway ready in 15-20 minutes and just as busy? This seems more like poor management or a complacent franchisee.
Mouth watering pizza! Always hits the spot! Never seems to let me down! But please don't forget to tip the delivery drivers! :)
Give it a 2/10! The pizza was all over the place and they put what looks like a whole bucket of BBQ! Terrible mess and the pizza was not worth it.
Called in, ordered, and paid for our pizzas over the phone. Gave the name, the kind of pizzas, and when we ordered it. They couldn’t find it.
I called in an order 2 hours ago for pick up and pre-paid and I showed up to pick up my pizzas and they have no record of my call or my order! The local store refused to make it right!!! This is the second time the call center has messed up my order! I will NEVER order from Papa Johns again! This is ridiculous!
Wife ordered the pizza when I was ten minutes out. Got there, waited another 35 minutes for it. If you’re wanting a 25 minute pizza, go to dominoes. They skimped on toppings. I was getting impatient so I waited by the counter watching the kitchen. If you’re wondering why they’re slow, it’s probably the girl standing around wondering what to do with herself. Also, no joke as I was standing there, a dude walked by the toppings, grabbed a handful of toppings from off the counter, and ate them. With his bare hands! Then he immediately grabbed a ball of dough to make another pizza.
we ordered a thin pizza with pepperoni and green peppers, onions on half. They put them on the whole pizza. Not only was it made wrong it wasn't even cut I was able to pick the whole pizza and take a picture of it. On top of that our garlic bread sticks were not done it looked like cheese when we pulled them apart. The only positive thing was the employee that answered my angry call. They offered to remake our pizza or give us one at a later date.
I couldn't understand the person I was talking to at all. I hope he got my order and address right. I HATE THE CALL CENTER!!!!!However, the pizza was hot and delicious. It was at my house in almost record time. I rate the Papa John's here 5 1/2.
I ordered last night online it took over an hour to arrive it was a plain cheese it cost me 18 dollars it tasted really nasty it was papa John's and it was cold they used to have really good pizza but not this time so papa John's will not be my pizza choice again
