THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MCDONALD'S I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I ORDERED 2 LARGE COFFEES & A LARGE FRY. IT'S BEEN 15 MINUTES & STILL NOTHING BESIDES PEOPLE LAUGHING AND PLAYING AROUND WHILE NO ONE TENDS TO THE 3 PEOPLE IN LINE WAITING TO ORDER.
First got there and ordered our food and then waited 20 minutes to pay for our food then waited and extra 10 for the food that wasnt even hot, plus one of the workers looked like she was on drugs and was being rude to all the customers. All of our food was cold and soggy.
On a long road trip, called ahead to make sure they were open. Was told they close at midnight. Pulled up to the drive thru at 11:30pm, plenty of time, but the speaker said they were closed. Workers inside, just hanging out. Called to ask why they were closed, was told they were open, then they hung up the phone. Worst customer service I've had in years.
This is a typical McDonald's. Food is ok at best, and prices are ok at best. But my kids love it , so that's why it gets 3 stars
Food was good. The staff was good and friendly and the restaurant itself was very clean but the staff is rude to each other. Doesn't make for a very good work environment. Now I know I don't know all the in's and outs and maybe a few employees might have been having a bad night, but I still don't think it's a place to argue, especially in front of customers.
Great staff 5 stars for them. I miss the egg Mc Muffin in the afternoon and evening ?
Not the cleanest place. Attached to a Loves Truck Stop (which was pretty run down and dirty also). The employees were nice, but the frys tasted weird. They were forgetting items in multiple orders. I wish the food was fresher and better.
One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. There’s a lack of leadership and the results are I. The lack of customer service & poor quality of food. Waited 6 minutes for the lady to get done with her conversation with another employee before she would even come to the counter then I got 2 McMuffins that were burned and when I returned them for new ones I was greeting with the same employee who wasn’t friendly nor did she apologize but instead made sure to tell the cook not to burn these. Why wouldn’t they just serve food that was up to the standards? You can tell this location is lacking and employees are allowed to do whatever they want. When I got my food back it was still burned. Avoid this location
Manners will always get you further than a demanding entitlement. Good fries on midshift. Staff were on point and professional. Everything was correct, hot, and quickly served. When I returned for some extra ketchup I was immediately served.
Very slow service but the staff was nice!
