Not sure why I have to sit in a line for 10 minutes and they still havent taken my order and their an hour n a half before they close at the drive through because no one will take my order. It's also not the first time or even the second I came here on the fourth of July last year and they were open and doors unlocked but no one was inside. They literally do it all the time getting sick of it.
Well fist off they could fix their speakers outside or the employees need to have their hearing checked idk not saying it to be rude but we had to pull up to the window cause every time I said something she said HUH I hate that but they took our order at the window and stillllll got it all wrong.slow down people and read the orders and y’all will always have repeat happy customers thanks
I ordered almost $60 worth of food today and it’s all literally inedible!!! I have pictures and videos showing that the burgers are only an inch and 1/2 wide, paper thin, and burnt black. The nuggets had absolutely no meat inside them and the breading was so dry and hard that they literally crumbled in my hand!! The fries were soggy, cold, and had absolutely not taste! The pies I ordered weren’t even the right pies. The slushy was completely melted when I got it and I was only 3 minutes from the store. I have videos and pictures of how gross this food is and it’s going up on my Facebook, tik tok, and my Instagram
Most employees have no service etiquette whatsever, they don't care about that side of it . These said employees when told something isn't as you ordered get attitudes as if it's an inconvenience to them to get an order right.i will say they have a handful of good dedicated employees but unfortunately they can't cover all hours.
Food at this location is always cold and feels like its been sitting forever. After 5pm ran by all teenagers who could care less. Expect to wait 10-15 min for a cheeseburger in the drive-thru even if you're the only car.
Love the app typically. Today it didn't let me park and have them bring it out. I had to go inside but they were very fast still
Worse place in Marion. Extermly poor service every time. If it is late, they will ignore you and not even serve you. Even if you can see them in there... Pathetic!! Worse Mcdonald's I've ever been to
Food is always disgusting. Hamburger patties have been black. Fries have been hard as a rock. Wait times used to be so long and still can be. Employees would only wait on the one line at a time. Won’t choose this location. South is better.
This McDonalds is the worse! Always getting old soggy cold fries, takes forever, then tonight I had to get a refund because no one brought me my food because I was pulled in drive thru, get NEW WORKERS!!!
Bad serving time, orders were not serviced in the order they were placed. When one customer asked about the delay in her order, the associate answered it is because of a big delivery order she was working on. The restaurant seemed fully staffed, so I was also disappointed with the delay in completing orders!
