No gravy for the potatoes, chicken was dry. Called and reported it. Brought the food back after I cooled down to get upset again. Manager was going to give me parts of the meal back,lolCouldn't believe it. We didn't eat the potatoes because no gravy we didn't eat all the biscuits because no gravy. But he would replace the gravy but no potatoes, lol we didn't eat the potatoes lolThe chicken we couldn't eat got thrown away. So that counts against me,lolMy son ate the biscuits and Mac and cheese but chicken was dry. When you order a meal you expect to eat a meal. When you don't get good food you don't go back unless they make it right. I was not planning on making 2 trips to get a good take home meal. ? Monday has been KFC night for a long time. Since they don't want to make it right I will find some where else to go.
Why should anyone have to ask for butter & honey when your order comes with biscuits?On Mother's Day at 7:30pm they take your money at the drive thru window before they inform you that they are out of what you ordered & they will have to substitute. From the time I ordered until the time I received the substitute for my order, took exactly 30 minutes. There were employees performing tasks in the parking lot instead of inside concentrating on filling customers orders. The result was that the window manager had to leave the window to package every window order causing unnecessary delays.
The food tasted okay. But the portions were memorably small. That was the tiniest chicken leg I'd ever seen in a restaurant? Probably never going back.
Good crew definitely made sure they covered everything even though I got them just about closing time
Drive Through. It was pretty good. I would of gave 5 stars but they didn't repeat back the order and they forgot to give me my green beans and bbq sauce. I gave it 4 stars though because they were very nice, and help pay the extra change we dropped. The food tasted real good too.

Had to wait 15 minutes at drive threw do to they ran out of chicken to fill my order. So then when I got home my order was all wrong. I could explain it all but I think you get the just of it so I don't see me going back.
Hi. My youngest girl took me out for breakfast there for Christmas ⛄? & pizza Hut, on bypass for early dinner. The food almost best place eat breakfast inside but this time they only have me-- a little Platte gravy & a small square biscuit. I like atleast more gravy & a home- make biscuits. They were out lot few little things they always have- they was no jelly to put on plate or u- biscuit, this made me disappointed in them. But we eat lot at J & J when she in town. The girl taking our order didn't listen to our order.. then told us to hold on..before finishing the order.. and when reading it back she messed it up and was rude!! Ohh and said she had to check to see if there was 8 extra crispy pieces..
Went after work Dec 10th around 5:30pm when I got to the window they told me if I wanted extra crispy it would be 15 min. Or so . I told him just give me regular than no big deal. I wish that was all. Got home and for 25.00 dollars I got the worst chicken ever it was more like jerky. My husband and I ate one piece each. We were hungry. He has been sick after eating it all night long. Loved going there but not sure I can ever talk him in to going back.
