They have some straight up dummies working here. Guy at the counter didn't know a thing about anything on the menu.. lord the just hire whoever anymore it's so sad.
I stopped in for an iced coffee and with so many choices it was hard to make up my mind. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
it was awful my order took 10min to get and all i seen was a manager sitting there scalding an employee later to find out said managers name jenn did nothing but argue with here employee and not pay attention too customer
Very very poor service by the new general manager.! She is very rude -especially to loyal customers! Honestly I have no idea how she got the job with her lack of qualifications. The rest of the staff as a whole is great, but she is very unprofessional to say the least. I have contacted corporate about my experience and have yet to had this resolved. My every day drink is now being serviced by another company that treats customers with respect and professionalism. Until these issues are resolved I wont be back to Dunkin Donuts in Marion,IN. ???♀️
Love love love the crew at Marion Dunkin. They’re ALWAYS super polite to me and my dogs whenever we go through the line.:)
Ordered online and when I get there they don't have waht we Ordered and then my kids hashbrowns where hard and she couldn't even eat the at Marion location
I ordered through door dash . My card was charged waited 30 minutes got a message saying they didn't have SOME of the items, I ordered . So they cancelled my order and now I'm stuck waiting 5 to 7 Business days to get my money back . I ordered 15 donuts $ 38.00 , Im sure they had some of them ??♀️??♀️??♀️ This was my first experience with Dunkin and it'll be my last .
Very long wait at 3:00 in the afternoon. The man who took my order was strange. He wasn't understanding my order at first. When he finally got it, I pulled around to a very long wait. Once to the window 15 minutes later, he tells me after I pay they are out of cream. He then says "no wait milk, actually ummm hold on." He leaves then comes back and says "you said white chocolate late right." I said yes. This was after he has already repeated my order 4 times, while paying and after paying. I eventually got my late which was wrong. I dont know what was going on. I wont be going back.
Avocado Toast is a must! Love the drinks and that they offer more than just donuts! Tried the Apple Cranberry Refresher! Delicious!!!
I ordered 2 croissants and an iced pumpkin latte. Coffee was warm with some ice, and burned, and both croissants were really burned. Went back to have it fixed....they gave us a hot coffee instead of iced, which is fine, but, like...come on. At least it wasn't burned this time.
