There is a lot of nepotism at this Dairy Queen. I know for a fact that the general manager recently hired her husband to be a employee of this Dairy Queen. Isn't that a conflict of interest? I heard firsthand accounts that on occasion the owner of the restaurant had to come in and help run the store in the past few years due to staffing shortages.Sometimes they even close early in the evening because there is no staff to close. I heard sometimes managers will only take like 4, 6, or 8 hours off between shifts because they will have no one to close that night.An employee was fired last year because she was caught stealing hundreds of dollars when the receipts were calculated. Another person was fired for stealing money from their charity bin to help raise money for a local charitable organization.To the owner look at my last name...does it ring a bell?
My sister & I are frequent visitors of DQ here in Marion but that may change. The Guy who owns it was there and we ordered our usual me a strawberry parfait and my sister a Blizzard. The man made a sundae instead of my parfait and told me he didn't make parfaitd7 thete. I've been getting them here for 20 yrs. He was rude and argumentative. We took the darn Sundae altho it wasn't what I wanted we paid and left. Guess I'll drive clear over to Upland and get what I want from now on. Never had such a horrible experience EVER!
We asked for a dipped cone. They handed us this. We asked if they were serious and they said yes and walked away. Also got a blizzard and half way through realized they reused the cup. The inside is lined with fruity burst dip. ? I’ll go all the way to Fort Wayne for DQ from now on. This is super disgusting Updated to add that they just refunded us though they did get angry at us for asking
Bought an ice cream cake. Had them to write on it. The writing was awful couldnt hardly read it. Took forever to get waited on...but husband liked the cake so that was good..
I ate here a few days ago got an upside down banana split...so good people were friendly
Had there amazing chicken strip basket with those yummy hot fries ? ? tried the Sea Salt Carmel Toffee Fudge Blizzard and I'm not a fan...sorry ? excellent food and quick service! Thanks ?

Ordered 3 blizzards tonight, mine was a small New York strawberry cheesecake. It had a LEAF in it! and it wasn't a strawberry leaf.
