Grandson loved it so you get a star. Me not so much. Lady who seated us was a borderline butho--. Only saw our server twice and got no refills. Western Omelette is below industry standards and hash browns only done on one side. I would have pointed this out but like I said I never saw our server again. I did express my feelings at the checkout while waiting on the bill

Very Good Food! Service was Excellent and Food came out in a very timely manner and was hot and fresh! My only complaint was that the bathroom was pretty gross and had a terrible odor to it but other than that everything was great!
20 minute wait even with many empty tables. Was informed because only one cook on duty. Four stars because the staff on duty were doing all they could to please customers. Covid has taken a toll in many ways. People need to go back to work... oh, and when we did get served the food was very good.
Stood for 20 minutes at store in Marion, IN. waiting to put in my name to no avail and seen atleast 5 empty tables and staff seemed confused. I understand if short staffed but dont let customers stand around wondering what is wrong you need to inform them as why 4 staff working counter and not communicating with waiting customers. Went to I Hop and seated in less than 3 minutes. Zero stars
Visited Marion location. Biscuits were hard and crunchy. Had to ask for new ones. And the gravy was just warm and had no sausage in it.The waitress was friendly and helpful.
I ordered 2 family size biscuits & gravy for pick up. We got a dusting of snow in the morning & we were celebrating a late Christmas with my family. My order was ready when I got there, everything was perfect. Made the best family morning. ❤️ & Shout out to Andrea for being an awesome person in a crazy time.
My brother called in an order 12:30 pm 1/8/22. We have never ate there before. 2 orders honey butter chicken and 2 crispy chicken salads. Was over $40.00. The chicken was unbearably dry. The biscuits were hard and dry. I'm saying DRY! Was the worst food I've ever tasted. I won't recommend Bob Evans to no one. Sincerely, Jeannette Mason
