I love stopping into this quaint shop and being greated by a positive vibe. I enjoy the banana creme pie shake and the wonder woman tea bomb. I have not had a bad experience. I am a busy mom and teacher and the products give me the meal replacement and/or energy I need to get through the day. I would recommend you stop by while in the area. Ice cream is okay, but I would rather have a healthy treat with no guilt. The shakes come in many varieties as well as the tea bombs..from tropical to citrus and in a rainbow of colors. YUM!
The lady’s at Arrow are always super friendly, and hardworking. The drinks are delicious, and they continue to add to the menu. The variety is amazing and I have yet to find one that I didn’t like. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!
Love this place!! It’s so amazing, the shakes are so good and good for you. My favorite is the Tea Bombs. If you haven’t tried it don’t wait go check them out!!
Arrow was listed on my "people I should follow" list on Instagram, so I took a look and started following them. This is my favorite place!! The girls are so friendly and helpful. It is a treat to myself and I don't feel guilty about it because it's so healthy. And it's so good!!!

Kate introduced me to herbalife about a year ago. I have stopped drinking monster energy drinks and for the most part, soda pop as well. I love their tea bombs and their shots of aloe are not only delicious, but help with gut health!! I also love that there are so many flavor options to choose from!
Arrow is AMAZING! I am in there almost everyday and I’ve noticed improvements in my energy and focus through the day! The French Toast shake and Hello Sunshine Tea Bomb is the way to go!!!
The wonderful women, Leigha & Kate, who opened Arrow Nutrition introduced me to Herbalife, and I love, love, love the products!! The Meal Replacement Protien Shakes are delicious, and the Energy Tea Bombs are my favorite!! I no longer drink Monster's, or Red Bull, or 5 Hour Energy because Herbalife's Lift Off Tabs are a healthy alternative, and far more tasty!! I highly recommend that you pay them a visit, and check out their awesome new shop!! Enjoy!!
I have not tasted anything I did not like!!! I can definitely recommend the Bob Marley tea-bomb…. My favorite!!
