Stopped for lunch on the way to Indianapolis for a funeral and my husband cut his hand on the chair he was sitting on. Although they gave him a bandaid no one bothered talking to him about it, or even made an effort to clean up the blood he driped all over, weren't even interested in what chair it was. We ended up spending 5 hours in the emergency room and spending the night in the area, because it was so late.
Food is hit or miss, never have to wait long which is a plus. I have overheard the staff being condescending about people using coupons. I have had them cancel my order and ring everything up full price when they dropped the coupon as I handed it to them. It has went down hill in the last couple months with new staff. They forget foods and charge extra for things you don't receive. They will also not honor any of the 2-5 happy hour deals, they will charge full price for what you get.
Awesome experience, we had a Cowboy and Gals night at school and came in Cowboy Ryder. They called his name for our order and he loved it. Awesome Customer Service.
3/12/22 went through drive thru could not take cash. Checked bag before we left and we had not gotten all our food
This facility is/was out of straws due to supply chain shortages. They failed to mention that before we ordered and it made my brother's milk shake difficult.
Good food and service. However they forgot to provide a utensil for the Mac and cheese to go order. Makes it a challenge to eat.
Food was good but they can't seem to get an order right or put the items in the bag. If you are traveling through and use the drive thru I would not recommend stopping here or you will be in for disappointment when you have already pulled away and go looking in the bag.
Always fresh. Feel mostly good about the food here as far as healthy choices. Some excellent not so healthy ones as well like their new crinkle fries and the ultimate chocolate shake.
Braxton and the rest of the team at this Arby's are very friendly and efficient. They did a great job preparing my meal quickly and correctly - as long as they don't skimp on the shake toppings :). Everything was fresh and tasty, as one expects from Arby's.
We are always stopping in at Arby's because its just that good and convenient!! The Staff always greets with upbeat attitude and food is always fast and health and delicious ?12 mile in Warren, Mi!!
